Switch from vLance to Zinn Hub
vLance is a Vietnamese freelance marketplace with two ways to work: post-and-quote briefs, and fixed service packages bought outright. Zinn Hub runs both of those too — in 45 languages, priced in USD, with your first $500 in sales commission-free.
3 ways to earn · 0% on your first $500 · 45 languagesThree ways to earn on Zinn Hub
If you already quote on briefs and sell fixed packages, two of these three are habits you have. The third takes about five minutes to switch on.
A service with a set price, packages and delivery time. Buyers pay at checkout, so it sells while you sleep. Short jobs go up as Micro Zinns at $5, $10, $15 or $20.
Buyers post a brief and you reply. Proposals are free to send — no bidding credits to buy. Browse open briefs on Projects.
A public profile in the freelancer directory, under the skills you choose, so buyers can contact you with no listing or bid in between.
The same work, in front of 45 languages of buyers.
A Vietnamese-language marketplace puts your listing in front of Vietnamese buyers, which is right for local work. Zinn Hub is the second shelf: 45 site languages, 57 for messaging, 59 display currencies, all charged in USD.
What Vietnamese Zinners tell us they are looking for
The recurring asks from freelancers who already win work locally and want a channel outside that market.
Terms you can read before you commit
The full commission ladder, both paid memberships and the buyer-side rules live on one public pricing page. No fee is behind a login.
Buyers outside your own market
Available in 45 languages and messaged in 57, so a WordPress or translation listing written once is discoverable far beyond one country.
Payment you control
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal and buyers pay you directly at checkout. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the payout queue once the order completes and their balance reaches the $50 minimum.
A clear refund rule
A refunded order is credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. No card-refund path, no partial release to argue about.
Somewhere to start small
A $20 Micro Zinn is a genuine first product, not a loss leader — and the quickest honest route to a first review on a new account.
A second channel for the same skills
Web, WordPress, SEO, translation and content all sell here. See WordPress Micro Zinns and WordPress projects.
What vLance publishes — and what it does not
vLance is a Vietnamese freelance marketplace operated by Công ty Cổ phần Magenweb Việt Nam, a Hanoi company whose registration details are published on the site. It works two ways at once: clients post a project and freelancers send quotes, and freelancers also publish fixed service packages that clients buy outright. There are design contests and a portfolio layer as well. The interface is in Vietnamese and prices are in Vietnamese dong.
On fees, here is exactly what is published and what is not. vLance states on its own homepage that posting a project is free — “Đăng dự án không mất phí”. It does not publish a commission rate: its Payment Terms and its Operating Regulations were read end to end and neither states a percentage. Its help centre lists topics on buying credit and on upgrading freelancer and client accounts, but the credit guide did not resolve, so no price is published there either.
So this page states no vLance fee at all, because there is no first-party figure to state. That is not a criticism — keeping commercial terms off a public page is a normal choice. It does mean that if you are comparing what you keep, you will need current terms from vLance itself rather than from a comparison article. What we can do is publish ours: the whole Zinn Hub ladder is in the table below and on the pricing page.
Source: vLance’s own homepage, Payment Terms (vlance.vn/page/dieu-khoan-thanh-toan) and Operating Regulations (vlance.vn/page/quy-che-hoat-dong), read 13 August 2026. vLance sits behind a bot challenge, so an automated request can return an error even though the site is fully operational.

Work out what the ladder means for you
Put in your average order value and monthly volume, and it shows what you keep as your lifetime sales move through the published tiers.
Moving your listings across
Fixed service packages port over almost unchanged. The work is in the pricing and the language, not the structure.
Create a free Zinner account
Sign up at registration. No subscription and no card. The free Zinner plan can list, bid and be hired from day one.
Paste a listing into Import My Services
Open Import My Services, paste a listing or a whole profile, and it rebuilds it as a ready-to-review Zinn. Ten imports are free and images are included.
Work through the three wizards
Store Setup, Payment Setup and Zinn Creation. Payment Setup is where you connect your own Stripe or PayPal so buyers can pay you at checkout.
Switch on the other two channels
Publish your freelancer profile so buyers can find you directly, then start answering briefs on Projects. Proposals cost nothing to send.
What the import tool actually does. Import My Services is free and self-serve — there is no queue and no one to wait for. In its own words it is “Import From Anywhere”: wherever you sell, you copy the listing or profile and paste it in. It has named shortcuts for seven platforms plus an Other Platforms option, which is the one to use for vLance. Roughly two minutes per Zinn, and you preview and confirm before anything is submitted.
Your reviews and your reputation. The tool can bring across up to ten of your reviews, word for word. What no tool can move is standing: reviews on Zinn Hub require a confirmed purchase, so the record you build here comes from orders placed here. Expect that to be the slow part, and price for it — a couple of $20 Micro Zinns is a cheap way to get real orders and real reviews on the board while the bigger listings find their feet.
What to bring, and what to rewrite. Packages, scope and FAQs usually port straight across. Two things are worth rewriting rather than pasting: anything that refers to vLance’s own mechanics, and anything priced in another currency — all Zinn Hub prices are in USD. Convert dong prices to USD before you import, and write the listing in the language your target buyer reads — the site is translated into 45 languages, but the source text is yours.
What you get on Zinn Hub
All of it is on the free Zinner plan. Nothing to buy before you can list.
Three channels, one account
One profile powers fixed-price Zinns, free proposals and an inbound directory listing. Use one, two or all three.
Your own payment accounts
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal and buyers pay you directly at checkout; Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the payout queue once the order completes and their balance reaches the $50 minimum.
Commission that falls as you sell
0% commission on your first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner. The full ladder is on the pricing page.
A buyer base that reads its own language
Available in 45 languages, messaged in 57, displayed in 59 currencies. All prices are charged in USD.
Verified Zinners
Zinners are verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work, and reviews on Zinn Hub require a confirmed purchase.
Clear money rules
Buyers pay no platform fee — the price they see is what they pay. Refunds go to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD.
Let the import tool do the typing
Paste a listing or a whole profile into Import My Services and it rebuilds it as a ready-to-review Zinn, images included. Ten imports are free, and you confirm before anything is submitted.
