Nothing upfront. Commission is 0% on your first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner. The published ladder is: 0% up to $500 in lifetime sales; 20% to $2,500; 15% to $10,000; 13% to $15,000; 10% to $20,000; and 8% above $20,000. Two paid memberships replace the ladder with a flat rate — Pro Zinner at $25 a month is a flat 8%, and Agency Zinner at $50 a month is a flat 7%. Full detail is on the pricing page.

It depends which payment mode you choose in the Payment Setup Wizard. Zinners who connect their own Stripe or PayPal account are paid directly at checkout — the buyer pays your merchant account and there is no payout queue. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the Zinn Hub payout run once the order completes; that run goes out weekly, on a Friday.

A Zinn is your own fixed-price listing that buyers purchase at checkout. A Project is posted by a buyer, and you submit a free proposal for it. A Micro Zinn is a small fixed-price task at $5, $10, $15 or $20. You can run all three from one account, and a Freelancer Directory profile lets buyers hire you directly on top.

Yes. Zinners are verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work. Zinn Hub does not verify your country of residence, and there is no country or location filter in search — buyers find you by category, skill and the work in your portfolio.

Yes, and it is free. Paste an existing listing, or your whole public profile, into the Import My Services tool in your Zinner dashboard and it rebuilds it as ready-to-review Zinns — title, description, packages, FAQs and up to 10 of your reviews word for word. You preview and confirm before anything is submitted.

Yes. List it as its own package and be explicit about what the buyer receives — which authority or professional body your certification is recognised by, whether a signed statement or stamp is included, whether a scan or a posted hard copy is provided, and the turnaround. Certified work is bought on precision, so a package that spells out the deliverable converts far better than a general translation listing.

Zinn Hub is available in 45 site languages, and there are 12 further languages you can be messaged in — 57 in total for communication. All prices are stored and charged in USD; buyers can see an approximate equivalent in any of 59 display currencies. Buyers can pay with cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or 200+ cryptocurrencies.

Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD — there is no refund-to-card flow. If you sell in platform-protected mode, Zinn Hub holds the payment until the order completes, so a dispute is settled before the money moves. A clear package scope and a written brief are still your best protection.
