Brand Ambassador Programme — Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 1 March 2026  |  Last updated: 12 May 2026
Operated by Zinn Digital LTD (“Zinn Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

By registering as a Zinn Hub Brand Ambassador, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. These terms apply immediately upon registration and govern your ongoing participation in the Programme. The Programme is application-based and approval-only; registration alone does not create participation rights until your application is approved by Zinn Hub.

1. Programme Overview

The Zinn Hub Brand Ambassador Programme allows approved participants (“Ambassadors”) to earn referral commissions and bonus rewards by promoting Zinn Hub and bringing genuine, productive users to the Platform. The Programme is a partnership: in exchange for the commissions and rewards offered, Ambassadors are expected to be active, informed, supportive, and engaged participants in the Zinn Hub community.

The Programme operates two independent earning tracks:

  1. Buyer Track: Ambassadors earn commission on every order placed by buyers they refer, for a 12-month period from the buyer’s first qualifying purchase.
  2. Freelancer Track: Ambassadors earn a stack of activation bonuses as referred freelancers (“Zinners”) reach defined milestones, plus commission on every order they fulfil for a 12-month period from their first qualifying sale.

An Ambassador may apply for either track independently or for both. Each track is reviewed and approved separately. The full standards in these Terms apply to all approved Ambassadors regardless of track.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Programme.
  2. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
  3. The Programme is application-based and selective. Zinn Hub reviews every application individually and may approve, reject, suspend, deactivate, or terminate any Ambassador account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without reason and with or without prior notice. This right may be exercised at any point during your participation, including months or years after initial approval. See Section 14 for the full discretionary termination policy.
  4. You may hold only one Ambassador account. Multiple accounts under any identity, email address, payment detail, or device are strictly prohibited (see Section 14).
  5. You may also be a Zinner (freelancer) on the Platform while serving as an Ambassador, subject to Section 3.5.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Buyer Track Commission

When a user you refer makes a qualifying purchase on Zinn Hub, you earn a commission of 10% of the order value (excluding taxes, fees, and shipping where applicable). This commission applies to every qualifying order placed by that referred buyer for a period of twelve (12) months from their first qualifying purchase.

There is no cap on the number of orders or the total commission earned from a single referred buyer during the 12-month earning window.

3.2 Freelancer Track Activation Bonuses

When you refer a freelancer to Zinn Hub, you may earn up to $22.50 (USD) in activation bonuses per referred Zinner, across three independent milestone triggers:

BonusAmountTrigger
Publish + Profile Bonus$2.50The referred freelancer both publishes a Zinn that is approved AND has their freelancer profile approved and published, within the publish window from signup (currently 30 days, as defined by Zinn Hub from time to time and aligned with the verification window in Section 4)
First Order Bonus$5.00The referred freelancer’s first real order completes, after the Publish + Profile gate has already qualified
$500 Sales Milestone Bonus$15.00The referred freelancer’s cumulative completed sales cross $500 (USD)

Each bonus is triggered independently and tracked separately. A single referred Zinner may trigger one, two, three, or none of these bonuses depending on the qualifying actions they complete. Registration alone, or partial completion (such as a published Zinn without an approved profile, or vice versa), does not qualify for the Publish + Profile Bonus — both events must occur.

All freelancer activation bonuses are additionally subject to the 30-Day Verification Requirement in Section 4, the Quality Checks in Section 6, and the Referral Quality Standards in Section 6.2.

3.3 Freelancer Track Ongoing Commission

In addition to the activation bonuses, when a referred freelancer completes an order on the Platform, you earn a commission of 10% of the order value (excluding platform fees, taxes, and refunds where applicable). This commission applies to every order the referred freelancer fulfils for a period of twelve (12) months from their first qualifying sale.

There is no cap on the number of orders or total commission earned from a single referred freelancer during the 12-month earning window.

3.4 What the Commission Applies To

The 10% commission described in Sections 3.1 and 3.3 applies to every type of transaction a referred user makes on Zinn Hub, including but not limited to:

  1. Zinns — individual freelance service listings;
  2. Projects — buyer-posted jobs that result in awarded freelancer engagements;
  3. Custom Offers — bespoke quotes negotiated directly between buyers and freelancers;
  4. Memberships — Pro and Agency tier subscriptions, on each recurring monthly renewal for as long as the referred user maintains the subscription within the 12-month window;
  5. Add-ons, upgrades, and any other paid feature on the Platform.

Where the referred user purchases a subscription or recurring service, the 10% commission is paid on each renewal payment that falls within the 12-month earning window, not only on the first payment.

3.5 Bonus Earning Routes

In addition to commissions on referred users, the following supplemental earning routes are available to all Ambassadors:

  1. Own-Purchase Rebate. An Ambassador may use their own referral link to purchase Zinns or services from other vendors on the Platform and earn the standard 10% buyer commission on those purchases, paid as a rebate via the same monthly payout system. This is effectively a 10% loyalty rebate on what the Ambassador buys on Zinn Hub. The Ambassador may not earn ambassador commission on purchases of their own products or services if they are also a Zinner.
  2. Vendor-Ambassador Stacking. An Ambassador who is also an active Zinner may earn three streams in parallel: (a) their normal vendor revenue on their own Zinns at the standard vendor commission rate; (b) the 10% Own-Purchase Rebate on services purchased from other vendors; and (c) ambassador commissions and bonuses on referred buyers and freelancers under Sections 3.1–3.3.

3.6 Referral Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via a cookie-based system with a 30-day attribution window. The referred user must register on Zinn Hub within 30 days of clicking your referral link for attribution to be applied to your account. Once attributed, the 12-month earning windows in Sections 3.1 and 3.3 begin from the referred user’s first qualifying purchase (buyer track) or first qualifying sale (freelancer track), and the activation bonus triggers in Section 3.2 follow their own gating rules.

3.7 Commission Rate Changes

Commission rates, activation bonus amounts, and earning windows are set at Zinn Hub’s sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time. Changes take effect immediately for all new referral activity occurring after the change. Commissions and bonuses already credited at the previous rate prior to any change will be honoured.

4. 30-Day Verification Requirement

Every referred user (buyer or freelancer) must verify their account within thirty (30) days of registration. Verification is a hard prerequisite for the payment of any commission or bonus arising from that referral.

4.1 Verification Window

Verification refers to the completion of Zinn Hub’s standard account verification process for the referred user’s account type, including but not limited to email confirmation, identity verification where required, and any other onboarding step Zinn Hub designates as “verification” from time to time.

The referred user has thirty (30) days from the date of their registration to complete verification. Ambassadors are expected to use the dashboard nudge tools to support their referrals through verification well before the deadline.

4.2 Consequences of Non-Verification

If a referred user does not complete verification within 30 days of registration:

  1. The referral attribution is permanently voided;
  2. Any held commissions or activation bonuses arising from that referral are reversed and removed from the Ambassador’s account;
  3. No future commissions or bonuses from that referral will be credited, regardless of subsequent activity by the referred user (including delayed verification after the 30-day window);
  4. The referral is excluded from all leaderboard calculations.

This consequence is permanent. There is no reinstatement of a voided referral after the 30-day verification deadline has lapsed.

5. Payouts

5.1 30-Day Holding Window

Every commission and bonus earned under these Terms is initially credited to your Ambassador account in a “held” state. Held earnings are not available for payout. After a 30-day holding window, held earnings automatically release to your “available” balance, provided no clawback event under Section 8.2, no failed quality check under Section 6, no chargeback under Section 9, and no other forfeiture trigger has occurred during the holding period.

The 30-day holding window serves as a validation period during which the underlying transaction is monitored for refunds, chargebacks, quality issues, and other reversal events. If a reversal event occurs during the holding period, the affected held earnings are voided or reduced proportionally before release.

5.2 Monthly Auto-Payout

Once earnings have released to your available balance, they are automatically paid out in the next monthly payout run. Monthly payout runs occur between the 1st and 3rd of every calendar month and cover all available balance accrued up to and including the last day of the preceding month.

By way of example: a commission credited on 15 March releases to available balance on 14 April (after the 30-day holding window) and is paid out in the May 1–3 payout run.

Payouts are automatic. There is no manual withdrawal step. The Ambassador is not required to claim, request, or initiate the payout. Payouts are sent automatically to the payout method configured by the Ambassador in their dashboard.

5.3 Payout Methods

The following payout methods are available, subject to availability in your region:

MethodDetails
Zinn WalletInternal credit to your Zinn Wallet, immediately spendable on any Zinn, Project, Custom Offer, or Membership on the Platform. Zero third-party fees. Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn to an external account.
PayPalSent to your registered PayPal email address.
Stripe ConnectBank transfer via Stripe Connect to your registered bank account, where supported.
PayoneerSent to your registered Payoneer account for global payouts.
USDT (Cryptocurrency)On the TRC-20 (Tron) or BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) networks. Sent to your registered wallet address.
USDC (Cryptocurrency)On the Solana or Polygon networks. Sent to your registered wallet address.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate payout details, including correct wallet addresses, network selection, account numbers, and beneficiary information. Zinn Hub is not liable for delays, losses, or misdirected funds arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.

5.4 No Minimum Payout Threshold

There is no minimum balance required to receive a monthly payout. All available balance is automatically paid out in each monthly payout run.

5.5 Default Payout Preference

You may set and change your payout preference at any time from your Ambassador dashboard. Changes take effect for the next monthly payout run after the change is saved. If you have not actively set a preference, your account defaults to Zinn Wallet and payouts will be credited as wallet balance until you select a different method. Wallet balance accrued prior to switching remains in the wallet and may be spent on the Platform; it will not be retroactively transferred to an external method.

6. Quality Checks & Referral Standards

6.1 Quality Check Outcomes

Zinn Hub maintains marketplace quality through ongoing review of all freelancer activity. Referred freelancers may be subject to quality checks at any time. The rules below apply to all commissions and activation bonuses earned from a given freelancer, including the Publish + Profile, First Order, $500 Sales Milestone, and ongoing 10% commissions.
  1. Quality check pending: If a referred freelancer is currently undergoing a quality review at the time held earnings from that freelancer are due to release, the release is paused and the earnings are held until the review concludes (see Section 8.1).
  2. Failed quality check: If a referred freelancer fails a quality check, or has their account suspended, rejected, or removed as a result of a quality review, all commissions and activation bonuses arising from that freelancer (whether held or already released to available balance but not yet paid) are permanently reversed and removed from your account. Commissions already paid out may be clawed back under Section 14.3.
  3. Incomplete seller verification: If a referred freelancer does not complete the required seller verification checks (identity, payment setup, or any other mandatory onboarding steps) within the deadlines set by Zinn Hub, all commissions and bonuses from that freelancer are reversed and removed prior to payout.
  4. Profile subsequently unpublished or rejected: If a referred freelancer’s profile is unpublished, rejected, or removed after the Publish + Profile Bonus has been credited, the bonus is clawed back from your account and offset against future earnings.

6.2 Referral Quality Standards

Ambassadors are expected to refer high-quality, genuinely interested users to Zinn Hub. The Programme exists to grow a thriving marketplace — not to reward bare-minimum onboarding actions of users who never return. A pattern of low-quality referrals will result in commissions being withheld, clawed back, or permanently forfeited.

By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following referral quality obligations:

  1. Understand the platform. Before referring others, you must familiarise yourself with how Zinn Hub works, who it is for, what its purpose is, and how its commission tiers, payment modes, payouts, and policies operate. You must be able to accurately answer basic questions about the Platform from the people you refer.
  2. Explain the platform properly. When referring potential users, you must take reasonable steps to explain Zinn Hub honestly, accurately, and in enough detail that the referred user can make an informed decision. Drive-by link sharing, “click my link to sign up” prompts without context, and pitching Zinn Hub as a quick way to make money do not meet this standard.
  3. Refer users with genuine intent. The users you refer must have genuine intent to use the Platform as long-term participants. Referring users who register and complete only the bare minimum to trigger a bonus, then disengage, is a violation of these standards.
  4. Set realistic expectations. You must not promise referred users specific earnings, sales volumes, lead flow, ranking outcomes, or any commercial result, and must not represent that registering with Zinn Hub will guarantee any outcome.
  5. Support continued engagement. You are expected to support the freelancers and buyers you refer in their early activity on the Platform — answer their questions, point them to relevant resources, and help them succeed. The Programme is not designed to reward Ambassadors who abandon their referrals as soon as a bonus is triggered.
  6. Quality patterns are reviewed. Zinn Hub monitors the long-term activity of users referred by each Ambassador, including post-bonus engagement, listing activity, sales activity, and account longevity. A pattern of low-quality referrals — defined as referred users who fail to engage meaningfully after their bonus-triggering action, who become inactive shortly after registration, or who exist only to trigger Ambassador bonuses — will be considered evidence of failure to meet these standards.

The consequences of failing to meet these standards include, at Zinn Hub’s sole discretion: withholding of pending commissions pending review; clawback of paid commissions where evidence of low-quality referral patterns emerges later; permanent suspension from the leaderboard; and termination of the Ambassador account under Section 14.

7. Self-Promo Check Requirements

The self-promo checks are non-optional compliance checks that all Ambassadors must complete to remain eligible for earnings and leaderboard rewards. They are the principal mechanism by which Zinn Hub verifies that Ambassadors are actively promoting the Platform and supporting their referrals on an ongoing basis. There are two distinct checks, set out below.

7.1 Monthly Ambassador Self-Promo Check (All Ambassadors)

All Ambassadors, regardless of track, are required to complete a monthly self-promo check evidencing their own ongoing promotion of Zinn Hub. The check is completed within the Ambassador dashboard on a calendar-month basis.

To complete the monthly check, you must submit evidence on a per-channel basis for one or more of your public social channels. For each channel, you must:

  1. Identify the platform (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, or any other public channel where you have an audience);
  2. Upload a screenshot of a public post you have made that promotes Zinn Hub (PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB);
  3. Paste the public URL where that post can be viewed;
  4. Identify what the post links to on Zinn Hub (your referral link, a specific Zinn, a specific Zinner profile, a category page, or general Zinn Hub promotion).

You may submit evidence for up to five (5) channels per monthly check. Ambassadors approved for the Freelancer Track must additionally include, in each monthly check, evidence of promotion of one or more of their referred Zinners on at least one channel.

7.2 30-Day Per-Referral Self-Promo Check (Freelancer Track only)

In addition to the monthly check, Ambassadors approved for the Freelancer Track are required to complete a separate per-referral self-promo check for each active freelancer referral, every thirty (30) days. The per-referral check confirms that the specific referred Zinner is being actively promoted on the Ambassador’s public channels.

The per-referral check uses the same evidence format as the monthly check: per-channel platform identification, screenshot of a public post, the post’s public URL, and what the post links to on Zinn Hub. You may submit evidence for up to five (5) channels per referral, per check.

7.3 Review & Approval of Submissions

Submitted checks (both monthly and per-referral) are reviewed under a two-tier process:

  1. Automatic approval: The majority of submissions (approximately 80%) are automatically approved on submission, provided the required evidence components are present and pass Zinn Hub’s automated checks.
  2. Admin spot-check review: A minority of submissions (approximately 20%) are selected for full admin review. In addition, the following submissions are always subject to full admin review regardless of selection: (a) the first three submissions of any Ambassador; (b) any submission following a rejection within the previous 90 days; and (c) any resubmission following a rejected check.

If a submission is rejected by admin review, the Ambassador is entitled to one (1) resubmission for that check period. The resubmission is always subject to full admin review. If the resubmission is also rejected, the check is treated as failed for that period and the consequences in Section 7.4 apply.

Zinn Hub may, regardless of whether a submission was automatically approved or admin-reviewed, request additional evidence under Section 11.3 in support of any submission at any time.

7.4 Consequences of Overdue or Failed Checks

The consequences of an overdue or failed self-promo check are tiered. Both check types follow the same Day 30 / Day 44 timeline, with different scopes of impact:

  1. Day 30 overdue or failed:
    • For the monthly ambassador check: all earnings across all referrals are paused ambassador-wide. No earnings release to available balance or pay out until a passing check is submitted.
    • For the per-referral check: earnings from the affected referral only are paused. Other referrals are unaffected. The affected earnings remain paused until a passing check is submitted for that referral.
  2. Day 30 plus 14 (Day 44) overdue: Your Ambassador account is automatically suspended, regardless of which check was missed. You are removed from all leaderboards for the current and subsequent months until reinstated. All accrued held earnings across all referrals are placed on hold. Reinstatement requires you to complete all overdue checks and may, at Zinn Hub’s discretion, trigger an Ambassador QA review under Section 12.

7.5 Restoration on Completion

Completion and approval of an overdue check before the Day 44 auto-suspension threshold automatically restores the paused earnings. Completion after auto-suspension does not automatically restore the account; reinstatement is at Zinn Hub’s discretion and may require additional verification.

8. Pauses & Clawbacks

These Terms distinguish between two types of consequences for held or accrued earnings:

8.1 Pauses (Temporary, Fixable)

A “pause” is a temporary hold on the release or payout of earnings from a specific referral, applied while a resolvable condition is in effect. Pauses are auto-restored once the underlying condition is resolved. While paused, the affected earnings do not release to available balance and do not pay out.

Pause triggers include but are not limited to:

  1. Monthly ambassador self-promo check overdue (Section 7.1) — pauses earnings ambassador-wide until a passing check is submitted;
  2. 30-day per-referral self-promo check overdue (Section 7.2) — pauses earnings on the affected referral until a passing check is submitted;
  3. Referred user has not completed verification (within the 30-day verification window — see Section 4);
  4. Referred user has not added required social links within the timeline set by Zinn Hub;
  5. Referred user has not joined the Zinn Hub Telegram community within the timeline set by Zinn Hub;
  6. Referred Zinner’s store has been paused by the Platform;
  7. Referred Zinner’s store is on vacation mode — auto-restores when the store reopens;
  8. Referred Zinner has been inactive on the Platform for 44 days or more;
  9. Email-health issues with the Ambassador’s registered email or the referred user’s email;
  10. Quality review pending against the referred freelancer (Section 6.1);
  11. Report under review — a Report-a-Problem submission against the referral is pending admin review.

8.2 Clawbacks (Permanent Reversal)

A “clawback” is the permanent reversal of held, available, or already-paid earnings. Clawbacks are not restored.

Clawback triggers include but are not limited to:

  1. A referred buyer’s order is refunded in full (commission voided) or in part (commission reduced proportionally);
  2. A referred buyer’s order is the subject of a successful chargeback or payment dispute;
  3. A referred freelancer fails a quality check (Section 6.1);
  4. A referred freelancer is banned, suspended, or removed from the Platform;
  5. A referred user fails to complete verification within the 30-day verification window (Section 4.2);
  6. A referred freelancer’s profile is unpublished, rejected, or removed after the Publish + Profile Bonus has been credited;
  7. Detection of self-referrals, fraud, or any prohibited activity under Section 14.1.

Where a clawback exceeds the Ambassador’s current available balance, the negative amount is carried forward and offset against future earnings until cleared. Clawbacks may be applied to earnings in any state — held, released to available balance, paid out, or carried forward — at the time the clawback event is determined. Where clawbacks indicate a pattern of fraud or sustained breach of Quality Standards, Zinn Hub may additionally exercise its rights under Section 14.

9. Chargebacks, Refunds & Disputed Purchases

  1. If a purchase made by a referred buyer results in a chargeback, refund, or successful payment dispute, the commission earned on that transaction will be deducted from your account in accordance with Section 8.2. Full refunds void the commission entirely; partial refunds reduce it proportionally.
  2. The 30-day holding window in Section 5.1 is designed specifically to absorb chargebacks and refunds before earnings release to available balance. Where a refund or chargeback occurs during the holding period, the commission is automatically reversed.
  3. If the deduction exceeds your current balance, the negative amount is carried forward and offset against future earnings.
  4. Chargebacks, refunds, and successful disputes also affect leaderboard standings (see Section 10).

10. Monthly Leaderboards & Bonus Rewards

10.1 Two Independent Leaderboards

The Programme operates two independent monthly leaderboards:

  1. Buyer Leaderboard — ranks Ambassadors by qualifying buyer referral activity for the calendar month.
  2. Freelancer Leaderboard — ranks Ambassadors by qualifying freelancer referral activity for the calendar month.

Each leaderboard has its own prize pool. An Ambassador approved for both tracks may compete on both leaderboards and may earn leaderboard prizes on both in the same month.

10.2 Prize Tiers

Current monthly prize tiers, per leaderboard, are:

PositionMonthly Bonus (per leaderboard)
1st Place$1,000
2nd–3rd Place$500 each
4th–10th Place$100 each

The total prize pool per leaderboard per month is $2,700 ($1,000 + $500 + $500 + ($100 × 7)). With two leaderboards running independently, the total monthly prize pool across the Programme is $5,400. An Ambassador competing on both leaderboards may, in principle, win on both in the same month.

Prize amounts and tier structures are set at Zinn Hub’s sole discretion and may change from month to month. Updated prize information is displayed on the Ambassador dashboard and on the public Programme landing page.

10.3 Conversion Counting & Eligibility

Each leaderboard is ranked by total qualifying conversion count for the calendar month, not by total commission value. Each of the following counts as one separate conversion on the relevant leaderboard:

  1. Each qualifying first purchase by a referred buyer (Buyer Leaderboard);
  2. Each Publish + Profile Bonus trigger (Freelancer Leaderboard);
  3. Each First Order Bonus trigger (Freelancer Leaderboard);
  4. Each $500 Sales Milestone Bonus trigger (Freelancer Leaderboard).

The following are excluded from leaderboard calculations:

  1. Conversions generated by referred users who have failed verification under Section 4.2;
  2. Conversions generated by referred freelancers currently under quality review (at the close of the leaderboard period) — these are permanently forfeited from that month’s leaderboard count even if the freelancer later passes QA;
  3. Conversions generated by referred freelancers who fail a quality check or whose accounts are suspended or removed;
  4. Purchases that have been refunded, charged back, or successfully disputed;
  5. Conversions generated by Ambassadors found to be in breach of the Referral Quality Standards (Section 6.2) or the Active Participation Requirements (Section 11.2), at Zinn Hub’s discretion;
  6. Any conversions accrued during a month in which the Ambassador is under QA review at the close of the leaderboard period (Section 12).

Final leaderboard positions are calculated at the close of each calendar month. Zinn Hub’s determination of final standings is conclusive.

10.4 Tiered Minimum Participation Requirement

Monthly leaderboard prizes are subject to a tiered minimum participation requirement, assessed independently for each leaderboard.

For each leaderboard, the prize payout for a given month depends on the number of distinct Ambassadors who have recorded at least one qualifying conversion on that leaderboard during the month:

Qualifying AmbassadorsPrize Payout
Fewer than 5No prizes paid for that leaderboard, that month
5 to 950% of standard prize values paid to qualifying positions
10 or more100% of standard prize values paid to qualifying positions

Unpaid or partially-paid prizes due to this minimum participation requirement do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to any subsequent month. They are forfeited entirely. Each month’s leaderboard prize pool is assessed independently based on the qualifying participation in that month alone.

For the purposes of this requirement, only conversions that meet all qualifying criteria in these Terms (including verification, quality checks, referral quality standards, and absence of chargebacks or refunds) are counted when determining whether a participation tier has been met.

10.5 Leaderboard Prize Payout

Leaderboard prizes are finalised on the 1st of each calendar month and credited directly to the Ambassador’s account. They are paid out via the same monthly auto-payout run (Section 5.2) to the Ambassador’s configured payout method.

11. Ambassador Conduct & Active Participation

11.1 Acceptable Conduct

As a Zinn Hub Brand Ambassador, you agree to promote Zinn Hub in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. You must not:

  1. Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Zinn Hub, its services, its freelancers, or the Programme;
  2. Engage in unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), including via email, social media, messaging apps, or any other channel;
  3. Use paid advertising that bids on Zinn Hub brand terms (e.g. “Zinn Hub”, “ZinnHub”) without prior written approval;
  4. Impersonate Zinn Hub or represent yourself as an employee, partner, or official representative of Zinn Hub;
  5. Refer yourself, or use your own referral link to make qualifying purchases on your own account in violation of Section 3.5;
  6. Engage in cookie stuffing, link injection, forced redirects, or any other technique designed to artificially generate referral attributions;
  7. Promote Zinn Hub on websites or platforms that contain illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content;
  8. Offer direct monetary incentives to users to register via your link, or otherwise pay for registrations.

11.2 Active Participation Requirements

The Programme is a partnership. In exchange for the commissions and rewards offered, Ambassadors are expected to be active, engaged participants in the Zinn Hub community. Passive link-sharing without ongoing engagement does not meet the standard expected.

As an active Ambassador, you are expected to:

  1. Join and remain active in the Zinn Hub Telegram community. All Ambassadors must join the official community at the Zinn Hub Telegram community within seven (7) days of approval, and remain a member in good standing for the duration of their participation. Active participation includes regular engagement with discussions, contributing to community conversations, supporting other members, and responding to direct outreach from Zinn Hub staff.
  2. Actively promote Zinn Hub on your social channels. Ambassadors are expected to regularly promote Zinn Hub on personal or professional social channels — including X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, or any other public channel where you have an audience. Promotion may include organic posts about Zinns you have used, success stories, freelancer spotlights, sharing Zinn Hub announcements, or any other authentic content that drives awareness and traffic to the Platform.
  3. Complete the self-promo checks required under Section 7. This includes (a) the monthly ambassador self-promo check applicable to all Ambassadors regardless of track, and (b) the 30-day per-referral self-promo check on every referred freelancer for Ambassadors on the Freelancer Track. These checks are the principal mechanism by which active participation in support of your referrals and the Programme is verified.
  4. Drive ongoing engagement of your referrals. You are responsible for actively supporting and encouraging the buyers and freelancers you refer to engage with Zinn Hub on an ongoing basis. This includes: (a) helping referrals succeed in their early activity by answering their questions and pointing them to resources; (b) encouraging referrals to join and engage with the Zinn Hub Telegram community; (c) encouraging referred freelancers to promote their own Zinn Hub stores and profiles on their own channels; and (d) supporting referrals in remaining genuinely active on the Platform.
  5. Stay informed about the Platform. Read Zinn Hub announcements, blog posts, Telegram updates, and feature releases so you can promote the Platform accurately and keep your referrals informed.

11.3 Provide Evidence on Demand

Zinn Hub may, at any time and without prior notice, request that you provide reasonable evidence of any of the following: (a) your own active participation in the Zinn Hub Telegram community; (b) your own active promotion of Zinn Hub on your social channels; (c) the active engagement of users you have referred (including their participation in the Telegram community and their social media activity); and (d) any other matter relevant to your obligations under these Terms.

You must respond to such requests within seven (7) days. Failure to provide acceptable evidence within the timeframe will trigger an Ambassador QA review under Section 12, immediate suspension of all pending payouts and leaderboard eligibility pending the outcome, and may result in permanent forfeiture of all held funds and termination of your Ambassador account.

Consequences of failing to meet active participation requirements include: withholding of pending commissions; permanent forfeiture of pending commissions where inactivity is sustained or repeated; suspension from leaderboards; auto-suspension under Section 7.2; and removal from the Programme under Section 14.

12. Ambassador QA Reviews

Ambassadors themselves are subject to QA reviews at Zinn Hub’s sole discretion. An Ambassador QA review may be triggered at any time, including months or years after initial approval, based on patterns of activity, complaints, failure to provide evidence on demand, or any other concern Zinn Hub identifies.

12.1 Triggers

Triggers for an Ambassador QA review include but are not limited to:

  1. Patterns of low-quality referrals as defined in Section 6.2 — including referrals who become inactive shortly after triggering bonuses, or who fail to engage with the Telegram community or promote Zinn Hub on their own channels;
  2. Failure to meet the Active Participation Requirements in Section 11.2;
  3. Repeated failure to complete the 30-day self-promo check on time (Section 7);
  4. Failure to provide acceptable evidence on demand under Section 11.3 within the seven-day window;
  5. Complaints from referred users about misrepresentation, false promises, or aggressive recruitment tactics;
  6. Auto-suspension under Section 7.2 followed by reinstatement;
  7. Any other concern about the Ambassador’s activity, conduct, or referral patterns that Zinn Hub determines warrants review.

12.2 Effect of an Active Review

While an Ambassador is under QA review, all pending payouts are immediately held and the Ambassador is not eligible for leaderboard prizes.

Specifically, while an Ambassador is under QA review:

  1. All pending commissions and held earnings are immediately frozen. No payouts of any kind are processed until the review concludes.
  2. The Ambassador is not eligible for leaderboard prizes for any calendar month in which the QA review is active at the close of the leaderboard period, regardless of conversion volume. Months during which the QA was active remain permanently ineligible for leaderboard purposes.
  3. Newly attributed referrals during the review period may be subject to additional verification before any associated commissions are credited.

12.3 Outcomes

  1. Pass: Held commissions resume normal processing and pay out at the next eligible monthly payout. Leaderboard eligibility resumes from the calendar month following conclusion. Months during which the review was active remain permanently forfeit for leaderboard purposes.
  2. Conditional pass: Zinn Hub may, at its sole discretion, conditionally restore the account subject to specified remediation actions (resuming Telegram engagement, providing additional evidence of promotion, demonstrating improved referral quality, or any other reasonable corrective action) within a stated timeframe. Failure to remediate within the timeframe results in failure of the review.
  3. Fail: The account is moved to discretionary termination under Section 14.2. All held commissions, accrued balances, and leaderboard rewards are permanently forfeited under Section 14.3. The Ambassador may not register for the Programme again under any other identity. Zinn Hub may also claw back commissions previously paid where evidence of fraud, sustained breach, or low-quality referral patterns is established.

Ambassador QA reviews are not formal proceedings. There is no formal appeal process. Zinn Hub may, but is not obliged to, reconsider a review outcome based on new information.

13. Use of Zinn Hub Brand Assets

Ambassadors may use Zinn Hub’s name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Programme and the Platform. You must not alter, modify, or misrepresent any Zinn Hub brand assets. Zinn Hub may from time to time make approved marketing materials available, including via the Ambassador dashboard, the Zinn Hub Telegram community, dedicated announcements, or other channels. All intellectual property rights in Zinn Hub’s brand, name, logo, and content remain the sole property of Zinn Digital LTD.

14. Fraud, Abuse & Discretionary Termination

14.1 Zero Tolerance for Fraud and Abuse

Zinn Hub operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and Programme abuse. Any activity that undermines the integrity of the Programme will result in immediate and permanent termination.

The following activities constitute grounds for immediate termination of your Ambassador account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, accrued balances, and leaderboard rewards:

  1. Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Ambassador account, including via different email addresses, identities, or payment details linked to the same individual;
  2. IP and device manipulation: Creating accounts or generating referrals from the same IP address under different identities, or use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools in a manner intended to mask account multiplicity, evade fraud detection, or generate referrals from undisclosed or misrepresented locations;
  3. Self-referral: Referring accounts you own or control (other than the Own-Purchase Rebate in Section 3.5(a)), or colluding with others to generate fraudulent referrals;
  4. Fake or incentivised registrations: Referring users who register solely to generate referral fees with no genuine intent to use the Platform, or offering direct monetary incentives to users to register via your link;
  5. Manipulation of referral tracking: Any attempt to interfere with, circumvent, or exploit the referral tracking system;
  6. Sustained breach of quality or participation standards: Repeated or sustained failure to meet the Referral Quality Standards (Section 6.2), the Active Participation Requirements (Section 11.2), or the 30-Day Self-Promo Check (Section 7);
  7. Any other activity that Zinn Hub reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the Platform, its users, or the Programme.

14.2 Discretionary Suspension or Termination at Any Time

Zinn Hub reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate any Ambassador account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice and without being required to demonstrate cause. This right may be exercised at any point during your participation in the Programme — including months or years after your initial approval.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following are common scenarios in which discretionary suspension or termination may be exercised:

  1. Detection of patterns of fraudulent, low-quality, or abandoned referrals that may not have been apparent at the time of approval, including where the pattern only becomes evident weeks or months after the relevant referrals were initially attributed;
  2. Discovery that an Ambassador has multiple accounts, has self-referred (outside the Own-Purchase Rebate), or has engaged in any prohibited activity listed in Section 14.1, after such activity becomes evident;
  3. Sustained failure to meet the Referral Quality Standards in Section 6.2 or the Active Participation Requirements in Section 11.2;
  4. Repeated complaints from referred users about misrepresentation, false promises, or aggressive recruitment tactics;
  5. Conduct (on or off the Platform) that Zinn Hub reasonably determines to be detrimental to the brand, reputation, or interests of Zinn Hub;
  6. Any other reason that Zinn Hub determines, in its sole discretion, makes continued participation inappropriate.

14.3 Effect of Suspension or Termination on Pending Funds

From the moment an Ambassador account is suspended or deactivated, all pending commissions, accrued balances, and leaderboard rewards are immediately held. No further payouts will be made while the account is under review or after permanent termination.

The treatment of held funds depends on the outcome of any review:

  1. Suspension lifted: If the suspension is lifted following review and the Ambassador is restored to good standing, held commissions resume normal processing and pay out at the next eligible monthly payout date.
  2. Termination confirmed: If the termination is upheld, all pending commissions, accrued balances, and leaderboard rewards held in the account are permanently forfeited. This includes commissions that may have been earned weeks or months prior to the conduct giving rise to termination becoming apparent.
  3. Clawback of paid commissions: Where evidence of fraud, prohibited activity, or sustained breach of quality standards emerges relating to commissions already paid out, Zinn Hub reserves the right to claw back such commissions, offset them against any current balance, recover the negative balance through any available legal means, or all of the above.
  4. No formal appeal process. Termination decisions made at Zinn Hub’s discretion are final. There is no formal appeal process. Zinn Hub may, but is not obliged to, review and reverse a termination decision based on new information.

An Ambassador whose account has been terminated may not register for the Programme again under any other identity, payment detail, or device. Any subsequent re-registration is itself a violation and grounds for forfeiture under Section 14.1.

15. Limitation of Liability

  1. Zinn Hub provides the Programme on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, referral volume, conversion rates, leaderboard placement, or any other outcome.
  2. Zinn Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Programme, including lost commissions due to technical issues, tracking failures, or Platform downtime.
  3. Zinn Hub is not liable for any loss of pending commissions, accrued balances, or leaderboard rewards arising from suspension, deactivation, or termination of your Ambassador account in accordance with these Terms.
  4. Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the six (6) months immediately preceding any claim.

16. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent participant in the Programme. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement between you and Zinn Hub or Zinn Digital LTD. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations arising from any commissions or rewards earned through the Programme.

17. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referral data, including the identity and activity of referred users, is tracked and stored for the purposes of commission calculation, fraud prevention, quality assessment, and Programme administration.

18. Changes to These Terms

Zinn Hub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notification. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued participation in the Programme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

19. Programme Suspension & Discontinuation

Zinn Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the Programme at any time. In the event of discontinuation, all commissions already earned, eligible for payout, and not subject to forfeiture under any other provision of these Terms will be honoured according to the standard monthly payout schedule. No further commissions accrue after the Programme is suspended or discontinued.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes, claims, or proceedings of any kind arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Programme, your participation in the Programme, or any matter relating to them — including but not limited to disputes over payments, commissions, bonuses, leaderboard rewards, account status, suspensions, terminations, clawbacks, data processing, or any other claim — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This exclusive-jurisdiction provision applies regardless of your country of residence, the location from which you participate in the Programme, the location from which you access the Platform, or any conflict-of-laws principle that might otherwise indicate a different forum. By participating in the Programme, you expressly waive any right to commence proceedings against Zinn Hub or Zinn Digital LTD in any other jurisdiction, court, tribunal, or forum, anywhere in the world. Any attempt to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction shall constitute a breach of these Terms.
