No hidden fees, no complicated structures. Whether you’re here to sell your skills or hire a freelancer — here’s exactly what it costs on Zinn Hub.
Keep more of what you earn.
What you see is what you pay.
The more you sell, the more you keep. Our tiered commission structure rewards your success — starting with absolutely nothing taken from your first $500 in sales.
| Commission Tier | Sales Milestone | You Earn | Zinn Service Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Zinner | $0 – $500 FREE | 100% | 0% – Free! |
| New Zinner | $501 – $2,500 | 80% | 20% |
| Growth Zinner | $2,501 – $10,000 | 85% | 15% |
| Experienced Zinner | $10,001 – $15,000 | 87% | 13% |
| Pro Zinner | $15,001 – $20,000 | 90% | 10% |
| Elite Zinner | $20,001+ | 92% | 8% |
Fiverr takes a 20% commission — plus a 3% payout fee every time you withdraw. That’s a real 22.4% gone on every dollar, and it never drops, no matter how much you sell. Zinn Hub charges no payout fee, ever, and your rate falls as you grow.

📌 We’ve used Fiverr as the example here, but the same applies in full to every freelancer platform — the commission cuts and payout fees work the same way everywhere. Zinn Hub doesn’t. The more you sell, the more the gap grows in your favour.

Fees, commissions, payouts, and how you get paid
Yes, signing up and selling on Zinn Hub is completely free. There are no monthly fees, no listing fees, and no payout fees charged by Zinn Hub. You only pay a small commission when you make a sale — and your first $500 in sales is at 0% commission, meaning you keep everything you earn. You also get free access to our Freelancer Resources with tips, guides, and tools to grow your business, plus regular competitions with cryptocurrency prizes.
Zinn Hub uses a tiered commission structure that rewards your growth. You start at 0% commission on your first $500 in sales (keeping 100%), then move through tiers: 20% up to $2,500, 15% up to $10,000, 13% up to $15,000, 10% up to $20,000, and just 8% above $20,000. The more you sell, the more you keep. You can also unlock lower rates instantly with a Zinner Membership plan.
No. Zinn Hub charges zero listing fees, zero payout fees, and zero monthly fees on the free tier. The only fee you pay is the commission on completed sales. For platform payouts, standard third-party costs such as the payment processor fee and transfer cost are deducted, but Zinn Hub does not add any markup or profit to these — they are passed through at cost.
Yes, the commission rate is the same regardless of whether you use direct payments (your own Stripe or PayPal) or platform payments. The only difference is how you receive your money: direct payments go straight to your account instantly at checkout, while platform payments are paid out every Friday after deducting the commission, payment processor fee, and any transfer cost.
For platform payouts, three things are deducted from the sale total: the Zinn Hub commission (based on your current tier), the payment processor fee charged for accepting the buyer's payment, and any transfer cost charged for sending the payout to your chosen method. Zinn Hub does not add any additional fees or markup — all deductions are either our commission or third-party costs passed through at cost. You can see the full breakdown per transaction in your Payouts dashboard.
Zinn Hub charges zero payout fees. For direct payments via your own Stripe or PayPal, you receive the full sale amount minus the commission directly to your account at checkout. For platform payouts, the only deductions are the commission, the payment processor fee, and any third-party transfer cost — Zinn Hub does not charge anything on top of these. Track every payout and deduction in real time from your Payouts dashboard.
Zinn Hub offers two payment modes and six payout methods. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account to receive instant direct payments at checkout. For platform payments, choose from PayPal, crypto (USDT or USDC), bank transfer (UK, EU, or US), or Payoneer — all paid out automatically every Friday with a $50 minimum balance. Set it all up in minutes from your Payments dashboard.
Yes, in two ways. Your commission automatically decreases as you hit sales milestones — from 20% down to just 8% at the highest tier. If you want lower rates immediately without waiting, Zinner Membership plans give you instant access to reduced commission rates along with other premium features like higher listing limits, higher proposal limits, and priority support.
Zinn Hub's fees are significantly lower than major competitors. Fiverr charges a flat 20% commission on every sale regardless of volume. Upwork charges 10% and has additional fees for connects and payment processing. Zinn Hub starts at 0% for your first $500, drops as low as 8% for high-volume sellers, charges no listing fees, no payout fees, and offers instant direct payments to your own accounts. On top of that, sellers get free access to freelancer resources, tools, and regular competitions with cryptocurrency prizes.
Your commission tier is based on your total cumulative sales on Zinn Hub. Once you reach a tier, you stay there — your progress is never reset. If you take a break and come back, you pick up right where you left off.
Yes. Project proposals are free to submit on every Zinner membership tier, though each tier has a monthly limit — Free: 25 proposals/month, Pro: 100 proposals/month, Agency: unlimited. There's no per-proposal charge like Upwork's Connects system. Browse open projects or learn more about applying.
Yes. When a buyer accepts your proposal, the work is completed via a Custom Offer that goes through the same checkout as a regular Zinn purchase. The same tiered commission (or flat membership rate if you're on Pro or Agency) applies. Your commission tier progress counts cumulatively across both Zinn sales and accepted project work.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership any time from your Zinner Dashboard. When upgrading, you get instant access to the lower commission rate and higher limits. When cancelling, you keep your benefits until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free tier. No cancellation fees, no contracts, no lock-in.
Yes. All prices on Zinn Hub are listed in USD. When buyers pay via Stripe or PayPal, they may be offered the option to pay in their local currency at checkout using the payment provider's live exchange rate, but the underlying Zinn price is USD. Commission, payouts, and earnings are also in USD (except when you specifically choose to receive payouts in crypto).
As a Zinner you are the merchant of record for every sale, which means you're responsible for your own tax obligations — including VAT, sales tax, and any regional taxes applicable where you're based. Zinn Hub simply charges a platform commission; we don't collect or remit your taxes for you. Set your Zinn prices inclusive of any taxes you're liable for. You can export your sales data anytime from your Zinner Dashboard to support your accounting.
Purchase costs, payment methods, and buyer protection
Yes. Zinn Hub charges 0% platform fees on your purchases. The price shown on each Zinn is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no service charges, no markups. Unlike other marketplaces that add 5–10% buyer fees on top of the listed price, your money goes entirely toward the service you're buying. Posting custom projects, receiving proposals, and inviting freelancers are all free too.
You can pay with:
Cards & digital wallets: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Pay Later.
Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana, Polygon and over 100 more.
Available methods vary slightly by Zinn based on what the seller has connected, and are clearly shown on every listing before you buy.
Yes. For Platform Payments (marked with a blue shield on the listing), your payment is held securely by Zinn Hub until the order is completed and you accept delivery — if issues arise we can resolve them immediately because we still hold the funds.
For Direct Payments (green checkmark) to the seller's own Stripe or PayPal account, you're covered by the payment provider's buyer protection policies. Both payment types are clearly labelled on every Zinn before you buy, so you always know what to expect.
Yes — cryptocurrency payments get exactly the same buyer protection as any other payment method on Zinn Hub.
When you pay with crypto, the payment is treated as a Platform Payment: Zinn Hub holds the funds until you accept delivery, and you have the same dispute process and the same right to a refund as any other buyer.
The only difference is in how a refund is delivered. Because blockchain transactions can’t be reversed back to the original wallet, approved refunds for crypto purchases are credited to your Zinn Hub platform wallet, ready to use toward any future Zinn — wallet balances never expire.
Yes. Refunds may be issued for:
• Late delivery without prior agreement
• Work significantly different from what was ordered
• Unresponsive sellers
• Mutual agreement between buyer and seller
All approved refunds — whatever the original payment method — are credited to your Zinn Hub platform wallet, where the balance can be used toward any Zinn on the platform and never expires.
For platform payments we can process refunds quickly since Zinn Hub holds the funds. For direct payments Zinn Hub can still intervene and, in extreme cases, recover the refund from the seller's outstanding platform earnings.
All approved refunds on Zinn Hub are credited to your platform wallet, regardless of how you originally paid.
From your wallet you can use the balance toward any Zinn on the platform — there’s no waiting for payment processor reversal times, the credit is immediate, and your wallet balance never expires.
This gives every buyer fast, consistent refund handling whether they paid by card, PayPal, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
You're always protected on Zinn Hub regardless of payment type:
With Platform Payments: Zinn Hub holds your funds until you accept delivery. If there's a problem we can step in immediately and resolve it because we still have the money.
With Direct Payments: You have full buyer protection from the payment provider (Stripe, PayPal Purchase Protection, or your card issuer's chargeback rights) plus Zinn Hub can still mediate and, in extreme cases, deduct refunds from the seller's outstanding platform earnings.
Our support team handles disputes and can enforce resolutions including refunds, revisions, or credit to your platform wallet — you can read the full details on our Refund Policy & Buyer Protection page.
