Three things it will never do

⚙️ My Details — the two-minute setup

Every Zinn on Zinn Hub carries your real service details. Save them once and the AI uses them on every Zinn it creates for you — which is why Create a Zinn (and Import My Services) ask for this first.

1. Open the My Details tab

   Go to ⚙️ My Details. If you've sold before, most fields pre-fill from your most recent Zinn or your account country — just check them.

2. Complete the seven details + your Zinner type

   Availability, country, languages accepted, NDA, project sizes, response time and years of experience — all picked from the platform's real options (the same ones buyers filter by), never free text.

3. Add optional facts for the AI's writing

   Two free-text boxes — qualifications and notable past work — feed the AI's copy only, so it can mention what's genuinely true about you.

4. Save

   Done — Create a Zinn unlocks. Edit any time; changes apply to future creations.

✨ Create a Zinn — a complete listing from a text prompt

The headline act: tell the AI what you offer and it writes the whole Zinn — built the way the platform's best-performing listings are built, not generic AI filler.

1. Describe what you sell

   In your own words — the service, who it's for, what makes yours good. The more real facts you give it, the better the listing. Optional 🎨 style and colour notes here steer your AI images.

2. Set your money

   Your packages — each with its price, delivery days and revisions — plus any add-ons with their prices. These numbers are yours and the AI can never change them. Prices are in $ USD; your local equivalent appears as you type.

3. Generate — and answer anything it asks

   One click and the AI drafts the full listing: title, description, packages written up, add-ons, FAQs, buyer requirements, deliverables and your Extra Information sections. If a genuinely important detail is missing, it asks you — at most two quick rounds — rather than inventing it.

4. Review the full preview

   Everything is editable before anything is created, with categories confirmed from the real category list. One honest check runs in one direction only: if a package looks too thin for its price, you'll see a one-click Beef it up — your call, and it never criticises cheap or generous pricing.

5. Choose your images

   Your first 2 from-scratch Zinns include ALL AI images free — cover, gallery and portfolio illustrations. After that, each AI image uses 1 image credit — or upload your own, free, any time.

6. Submit for review

   Your Zinn is submitted as pending into the same review every listing gets — you'll get an email when the team has checked it.

✨ Create a Micro — a $5–$20 service from scratch

Got a small service in mind that isn't one of your Zinns yet? This tab builds it in about a minute.

1. Describe it and pick the tier

   A sentence or two about the small service, your price tier — $5, $10, $15 or $20 — and your image plan: AI cover + portfolio (2 credits), AI cover only (1 credit), or your own images (free). All free within your first-3 allowance. Optional style notes steer the images.

2. Generate

   The AI writes the complete listing — “I will…” title, full description, exact deliverables and buyer requirement questions. If something important is missing it asks one quick question, and it warns you if the new Micro is nearly identical to one you already sell.

3. Review the draft & publish

   The result lands as a draft in your Micro Zinns. Open it, change anything, then publish — it goes through the same quick review as any hand-made Micro.

🔁 From My Zinns — convert a Zinn or make a taster

Turn what you already sell into the easiest first purchase a new buyer can make.

1. Pick a Zinn

   Your live Zinns appear as cards, each pre-scanned and labelled — “Fits a $X Micro” for Zinns priced $20 or under, “Teaser candidate” for anything higher, even hundreds. Filter with the tabs: All, Ready to create, Teaser candidates, Already have a Micro.

2. Click Create with AI

   Cheaper Zinns convert straight into a matching Micro; bigger services become a genuine cut-down taster — a $300 video service becomes a $20 fifteen-second sample, a full SEO campaign becomes a single-page audit. The Micro links back to your full Zinn, and its delivery time never exceeds the parent's. If a Zinn genuinely doesn't break down into a Micro, the AI says so rather than forcing a bad one.

3. Images, then review & publish

   Cover and portfolio images generate on your allowance (first 3 AI Micro creations free, shared with the scratch tab) — or upload your own, free. Not feeling the cover? 🎲 Re-roll it on the draft for a fresh take (1 credit per spin). Then publish from the draft as usual.

One linked Micro per Zinn — if one already exists, live or draft, the creator points you to it so you can edit that one instead.

✏️ Improve a Zinn — update a live listing from a simple prompt

Your live Zinns, upgraded without touching the wizard — and without your listing ever going offline. Two ways in, one safe path out.

1. Pick the Zinn you want to work on

   Only your live Zinns appear here — drafts and Zinns still in review are edited in the wizard instead, and Micro Zinns, Subscribe & Save companions and custom offers are managed by their own tools.

2. Choose your path — or use both

   🔎 Scan & suggest: the AI reviews the whole listing and proposes 4–8 concrete upgrades in three flavours — changes you apply with a tick (a new package tier, a missing add-on, a My Process section, clearer FAQs), images it can generate for you, and honest do-it-yourself tips for things only you can add. Tick the ones you want. 💬 Tell it what to change: type a plain instruction — “Add a $150 full audit package”, “Rewrite the FAQs to cover timescales”, “Add a My Process section”. You can tick suggestions and add an instruction in the same run.

3. Preview the changes

   You get a clear before-and-after showing only the fields that would change, headed by a “What Zinn AI changed” summary. Every price and delivery number on packages and add-ons is yours to confirm or edit right there — your confirmed numbers are final.

4. Apply

   Approved changes write to your live Zinn immediately; everything else on the listing is untouched, and the Zinn stays live throughout. Every applied improvement also counts as a fresh quality-check pass, so there's nothing to re-run.

5. Run it as often as you like

   Scan again next month, or fire in an instruction whenever something changes. Image suggestions come with 2 free AI images (lifetime), then 1 credit each.

The images — and how to make them yours

What it costs

• Creating with the AI is always free — the writing never costs anything, on any tab, ever.
• Free image allowances: your first 2 from-scratch full Zinns include ALL AI images free; your first 3 AI Micro creations (scratch and convert combined) include images free; Improve includes 2 free AI images.
• After an allowance, each AI-generated image (including a cover re-roll) uses 1 image credit — credits start from $0.50 and top up any time from your dashboard.
• Your own image uploads are always free, everywhere — and if an AI image ever fails to generate, nothing is charged.

In short: you never pay to create — credits only ever apply to optional AI images. Fair-use daily limits keep the tool fast for everyone.
