On top of those there are 12 message-only languages you can be emailed, notified and messaged in (five of them right-to-left), giving 58 languages in total you can be contacted in. Prices display in 59 currencies. Your display language (how you read the site) and your communication language (how you're messaged) are separate settings, so you can read in one and be contacted in another.

The only paid part is live translation, and only when you and the other person have no language in common. That's covered by Call Credits: captions cost 1 credit per minute, spoken voice costs 2. Whoever is covering the credits also picks the mode, credits are reserved up front for the booked length, and only the minutes actually used are charged. Zinns are optional — plenty of Zinners earn entirely through projects. You can of course do both from the same account if you want.

The profile works standalone (you can have one without any Zinns), the store works standalone (you can have Zinns without a Freelancer Profile), and they integrate when you have both — your store is linked from your profile, and your profile is linked from every Zinn listing.

Buyers post projects with a brief, budget range, and deadline. You browse open projects at zinnhub.com/projects/, or receive alerts when new projects match your skills. When you find one you want, submit a proposal with your price, timeline, and approach to the work. You can edit or withdraw your proposal any time before the buyer accepts. When the buyer accepts, all other proposals on that project are automatically declined and you complete the work through a custom offer at the agreed price.

No. Proposals on Zinn Hub are currently free for all tiers — unlike Upwork's Connects system where you pay per proposal. You can submit as many proposals as you like. Note that in the future we may introduce per-tier monthly proposal limits on lower membership tiers, with unlimited proposals on higher tiers, but this is not active yet.

This makes the profile ideal as a single shareable link for your whole freelance presence — post it in your social bios, email signature, CV, and client pitches to give buyers everything they need to evaluate you in one place.

As a seller, you can create bespoke offers with one-time or subscription pricing, add service requirements the buyer must complete before work starts, and save reusable offer and requirement templates. You can also turn any custom offer into a scheduled call — tick "Enable call scheduling" and set the length. Buyers can also request a custom offer directly from your store or any of your listings using the 💬 Request Custom Offer button. You receive the request in your dashboard, review the project details and budget, and send a personalised offer with a private checkout link — written in the buyer's own language.

Yes, there is no limit on how many services (Zinns) you can list. Create as many listings as you like across different categories to maximise your reach. Use the Zinn Creation Wizard each time to build new listings, or hit Edit with Wizard from your Zinns List to refine existing ones.
