Get set up on Zinn Hub first

You'll need a verified Zinner account to use the import tool — every freelancer on Zinn Hub is ID and skill verified before selling. Not signed up yet? Registration is free at Become a Zinner.

One more one-off: save your ⚙️ My Details preset in the AI Zinn Creator — a couple of minutes covering your real working details like availability, languages and response time. Once that's saved, Import My Services unlocks in your dashboard.

Open Import My Services

In your Zinner Dashboard, choose 📥 Import My Services in the menu, or go straight to zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/import/. Pick your tab: Import a Service for one listing, or Convert My Profile to turn your whole profile into up to 3 Zinns.

Copy everything from the other platform

Open your public listing (or profile) page, select everything on it, copy, and paste it into the tool. The more you include, the better your Zinn comes out. Make sure your paste has:

  • The title and the full description
  • Every package — with its price, delivery time and revisions
  • Your FAQs and buyer requirements
  • Your reviews in full, word for word — reviewer name, star rating, review text and date (up to 10 come across per Zinn)

You'll also paste the web address (URL) of the page you copied from — that's required.

Why the URL? Our team checks every import — especially reviews — against your original page before it goes live. It's how imported reviews on Zinn Hub stay trustworthy, and why buyers can believe what they read.

Confirm the declaration — and add style notes if you like

Before the AI gets to work, you complete a short AI-usage declaration on the form. There's also an optional image style notes box — give it a colour palette or a feel, like clean and corporate or bold and colourful, and the AI uses it as art direction if you choose generated images. Leave it blank and the AI chooses for you.

Answer a couple of quick questions

AI reads your paste and builds the Zinn — but it never makes anything up. If something important wasn't in your paste (a delivery time, a price, a missing detail), it simply asks — never more than two short rounds — and slots your answers straight in. Converting a profile? It proposes up to 3 Zinns and you tick the ones you want — each one you create uses one of your imports.

Preview, pick your images, confirm

You get a full preview of your Zinn — title, description, categories, packages, FAQs, requirements and the reviews coming across. Edit anything right there. Then choose your images:

  • Generate them for me — free, professional images created on the spot, watermarked and with your Zinn title on the main image
  • Upload my own — bring your own main image and up to 4 gallery images
Heads up on old images: images watermarked by other platforms can't be used on Zinn Hub — that's exactly why the free generated images exist. You can swap images any time later from your dashboard.

Submit — then we take it from there

Hit confirm and your Zinn goes to our review team as pending. We check it over (including matching your reviews to your source page), and you'll get an email the moment it's approved and live. Then it's straight into selling — your packages, your prices, your reviews, already working for you on Zinn Hub.

Is it really free?
Yes — completely. The import itself, the AI doing the heavy lifting, and the generated images are all free. Every Zinner gets 10 free imports, and each Zinn you create through the tool uses one.
Do I need anything set up before I can import?
Two quick things. You'll need a verified Zinner account — every freelancer on Zinn Hub is ID and skill verified before selling — and your ⚙️ My Details preset saved in the AI Zinn Creator, a one-off that takes about two minutes. Once both are done, Import My Services unlocks in your dashboard.
How long does it take?
About two minutes per Zinn for your part — paste, answer any quick questions, preview and confirm. After that it goes to our review team, and you'll get an email as soon as it's approved and live.
Do my reviews come across?
Yes — up to 10 per Zinn, imported word for word with the reviewer's name, star rating and date, and clearly badged as imported reviews. Paste them in full exactly as they appear on your original page, because our team verifies them against your source URL before the Zinn goes live.
What does "Convert My Profile" actually do?
It's the fastest way to get set up. Paste your entire public profile and AI reads everything you offer, then proposes up to 3 distinct, fully-built Zinns from it — each with its own title, description, packages and a share of your reviews. You tick which ones to create, preview each, and confirm. Whole storefront, one paste.
Can I bring my images across?
Images watermarked by other platforms can't be used — that's exactly why the free generated images exist. The tool creates them for you on the spot, watermarked and with your Zinn title on the main image, or you can upload your own fresh, unbranded images (a main image plus up to 4 gallery images). You can change them any time from your Zinner Dashboard.
Will my pricing stay the same?
That's entirely up to you. Your packages come across with their original prices, and you can change any of them on the preview screen before you confirm. With Zinn Hub's fairer fees, many Zinners choose to sharpen their prices and win more orders.
Does it go live straight away?
Almost — every imported Zinn goes to our review team first as pending, exactly like any new Zinn. We check the listing and verify your imported reviews against the source page you provided. You'll get an email the moment it's approved. Imports that don't match the source page are rejected and aren't refunded to your allowance, so always paste accurately.
Why do you need the URL of my old listing?
Trust. Anything imported — especially reviews — is checked by our team against that page before going live. It keeps imported reviews honest, which protects every Zinner's reputation on the platform, including yours.
What if I run out of imports?
Every Zinner gets 10 imports as a lifetime allowance — enough for most people's entire catalogue, and abandoned attempts never use one up. If you genuinely need more, the limit can be raised: submit a support ticket from inside your dashboard at zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/support/ and the team will take it from there.
