Is the migration service really free?
Yes, completely free. There are no charges for migrating your services or reviews to Zinn Hub. We want to make switching as easy as possible for you.
How long does a migration take?
We aim to complete all migrations within 2 working days (48 hours). If there's a queue, we'll let you know the expected timeframe when we confirm your request. You'll receive an email as soon as it's done.
Can I bring my images across?
We cannot import images that contain watermarks from other platforms (such as Fiverr or PeoplePerHour branded images). You can upload fresh images with your migration request, or choose to have us create them to get your listing live. You can update your images anytime from your Zinner Dashboard.
Will my pricing stay the same?
That's entirely up to you. During the migration request, you can choose to keep the same pricing or specify new prices. Zinn Hub charges 0% commission so you may want to adjust your pricing to reflect this.
Do I need a Zinn Hub account first?
Yes, you need to be registered as a Zinner (seller) on Zinn Hub before requesting a migration. Head to our Become a Zinner page to sign up for free, then come back to submit your migration request.
Can I review the listing before it goes live?
Absolutely. When submitting your request, you can choose to have the migrated listing saved as a draft. This lets you review everything, make any changes and upload images from your Zinner Dashboard before publishing it yourself.
Can I migrate multiple services?
Yes. Submit a separate migration request for each service you want to bring across, or mention all the URLs in a single request and we'll handle them all.
What if my platform isn't listed?
We can migrate from most freelance marketplaces and service platforms. If yours isn't listed above, just select "Other" in the form and provide the URL — we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Migration Preferences
Draft lets you review and upload images before publishing. Live publishes the listing immediately.
Images with watermarks from other platforms cannot be used. Upload fresh, unbranded images here, or we'll create them to get your listing live. If uploaded images don't meet minimum size requirements, we'll replace them — you can update them anytime from your Zinner Dashboard.
