Every new Zinner on Zinn Hub keeps 100% of their first $500 of cumulative completed sales — Zinn Hub charges 0% commission on those orders. Once cumulative sales pass the $500 threshold, the Platform Service Fee for your applicable tier applies to the order that crosses the line and every order after. The fee-free allowance is one-per-person (not per account) and standard third-party payment processing fees still apply. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Standard tiered commission, which drops as you grow: 20% on $501–$2,500, 15% on $2,501–$10,000, 13% on $10,001–$15,000, 10% on $15,001–$20,000, and 8% on anything above $20,000. Tiers are applied automatically as you hit each milestone.

If you want a lower flat rate from day one, Pro Zinner ($25/month) sets you to a flat 8% and Agency Zinner ($50/month) sets you to a flat 7% — no milestones needed.

Correct — Zinn Hub charges no buyer service fees, no surcharges and no payment processing add-ons. The price displayed on a Zinn listing is the price you pay at checkout. All prices on the platform are set tax-inclusive by sellers, so there are no surprise lines.

For comparison: Fiverr adds a 5.5% service fee on every order plus a $3.50 surcharge on orders under $200. Upwork adds a 5% marketplace fee plus 3% payment processing. We add neither.

Two ways. First, on every page of search results we reserve specific positions (4, 6, 7, 9 and 12) for Latest Zinns and New Sellers — these slots cannot be bought and they don't depend on sales history. Second, we run dedicated New Seller and Latest Zinn spotlight sections on the main shop and category pages, giving fresh listings guaranteed above-the-fold visibility.

On top of that, we feature new Zinners in our buyer email broadcasts and across all our social channels — so the platform actively drives traffic to newcomers rather than waiting for them to "earn it".

Every new seller on Zinn Hub must complete our own Quality Assurance verification within 30 days of signing up — or they're automatically banned. There's no soft option. Sellers who fail to verify lose their account, their listings, and any pending earnings.

Verification covers both identity and ability. Sellers submit government-issued photo ID, proof of address, portfolio and past work samples, examples of work for their listed Zinns and — where applicable — professional qualifications, business registration, software licences, references and skills assessments. AI screens every submission and our compliance team reviews each item before accepting it.

Once all required items are accepted, the Verified Zinner badge appears on the seller's profile and every Zinn they list. The badge can't be requested or purchased and can be revoked if standards drop. On top of this, any Zinner who takes direct payments also goes through Stripe or PayPal KYC — adding a second, regulated layer of identity check from globally-trusted financial providers. Every listing also has to pass AI quality checks demonstrating real portfolio and proof of capability before going live, and we operate ongoing monitoring across the entire platform.

Every Zinner has a public freelancer profile at zinnhub.com/freelancers/[username]. The profile shows their display name and profile type (Freelancer / Business / Agency), headline, bio, qualifications, languages, timezone and location, social links across up to ten platforms, their portfolio and samples, their Zinn reviews and project reviews, and a completion rate. Buyers can look through all of it — including the seller's own social channels — before sending a message or placing an order.

For Zinners, this means you can showcase the full real-world version of yourself — not just a username. For buyers, it means you can verify who you're hiring before you commit a penny.

You raise a dispute directly from your order page. Our team reviews the original brief and buyer requirements, the communication history between both parties, and the delivery itself. We may request additional information from either side, and we propose a fair resolution — which could be revisions, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Importantly, Zinn Hub buyer protection applies to every order regardless of payment method — including crypto. Refunds are issued directly by us when warranted and arrive in your Zinn Wallet for instant reuse on the platform.

Yes — and we're one of the very few marketplaces that do. Most platforms treat cryptocurrency payments as buyer-beware: once you've sent USDT or USDC, you're on your own. On Zinn Hub, every crypto order gets the exact same dispute rights, the same review process, and the same refund protection as a card or PayPal order.

If something goes wrong, you raise a dispute the same way, we review it the same way, and refunds (when warranted) are issued directly by Zinn Hub to your Zinn Wallet for instant reuse on the platform. We stand behind every transaction, however you paid for it.

When you connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, Zinn Hub charges no withdrawal fees — the buyer's payment flows directly into your account. Crypto payouts are also available. The only deductions are the standard processing fees charged by your chosen payment provider (which exist on every platform).
