Zinn Hub was started by Neil Lock. He's spent 25+ years inside the freelance economy — as a buyer, as a seller, as an agency owner hiring specialists, and as an SEO consultant working with thousands of freelancers across every corner of digital. Along the way he's personally managed over £50 million in link building and digital marketing campaigns.
