A quick note on our words: Zinners are sellers (freelancers), Zinnectors are buyers, and Zinns are the service listings you offer.
Getting paid — and seeing exactly where you stand
Once your work is delivered and accepted, your earnings are yours. If you've connected your own Stripe or PayPal, you're paid instantly at the point of sale; if not, payouts run weekly, every Friday, to your chosen method. You can see every sale, fee and payout — and export it for your own records — in the Earnings section of your dashboard, and your balance lives in your Zinn Wallet. Handling revisions the easy way
Revision requests are a normal, healthy part of freelancing — they're how a good delivery becomes a five-star one. Zinn Hub gives you a clear, in-order process for them, so you can turn feedback around quickly and keep the buyer happy. See Handling revisions.
Disputes are fair to you, too
If a buyer raises a dispute, it isn't a case of the customer automatically winning. A real person reviews the original brief, the requirements, your communication and what you delivered, and both sides get a proper hearing. Outcomes are based on what was agreed versus what was delivered — which means that when you've done the work and communicated well, that's exactly what the review sees. Where a refund is warranted, it's handled through the platform and credited to the buyer's Zinn Wallet — there are no messy off-platform chargebacks for you to deal with.
Turning one order into many
Your best after-sales tool is a happy client. When a buyer wants more, send them a Custom Offer — a personalised private quote with a direct checkout link (see Custom Offers for Zinners). Every completed order also builds your reviews and ratings, which do the selling for you with the next buyer (see Reviews and ratings), and your Verified Zinner badge keeps signalling the trust you've earned.
