Reviews build trust across the marketplace and help everyone make informed decisions. Who leaves a review depends on how the work was bought:
Every review is tagged with a small source pill so it's clear where it came from — a Zinn order, a project, or a custom offer.
Leaving a Review as a Zinnector
Once you've accepted the final delivery and your order is completed, you'll be prompted to rate and review your Zinner. Give a star rating and write a short, honest comment about your experience.
Your feedback appears on the Zinner's store and on the Zinn you ordered, helping the Zinner build their reputation and helping other buyers choose with confidence.

After an order or project is completed, leaving a review takes less than a minute and makes a real difference to the trust and quality of the whole marketplace.
- Zinn orders— after the order is completed, the- buyerreviews the Zinner. (Zinn reviews are buyer-only.)
- Custom offers— same as a Zinn order: the- buyerreviews the Zinner once the work is completed.
- Projects— reviews are- mutual: both the buyer and the Zinner can review each other after the project is completed.

Editing a review:you can edit a review you've left for up to60 daysafter you publish it. You'll see an edit option on the review while it's still within that window.
