You Are the Merchant of Record
An important thing to understand: on Zinn Hub,
you are the merchant of recordfor your sales. Your gross sales are your revenue, and Zinn Hub charges a platform service fee on top. That means
you are responsible for your own tax collection, remittance and reporting. Use the figures here and the CSV export for your own accounts and bookkeeping.
The Four Tabs
Your Earnings section is split into four tabs:
📊 Overview
Your headline figures for the selected period:
- Gross sales— the total your buyers paid
- Your earnings— your share after the platform service fee
- Platform fees— Zinn Hub's service fee for the period
- Refund rate— the share of gross that was refunded
Below that,
Earnings by sourcebreaks your activity down across
Zinns,
Projectsand
Custom Offers, showing the number of orders, gross sales and your earnings for each, with a combined total.

download it as a CSVfor your accountant or your own records.

🎖️ Certificates
