Each can be a fixed-price Zinn, a Micro Zinn from $5 to $20, a proposal on a posted Project, or a specialism on your Freelancer Directory profile.

The client does, and it stays in their own workspace. You are selling the build, not reselling hosting, so say clearly in your listing whether your price covers the build only, and who transfers the project into the client workspace at the end. Put the handover step in the order requirements. Anything that does not fit a published package — a bespoke integration, a phased rollout — is better handled with a two-way custom offer.

Your first $500 in sales is commission-free — you keep 100%. After that the rate is tiered and falls as your lifetime sales grow: 20% up to $2,500, 15% up to $10,000, 13% up to $15,000, 10% up to $20,000, and 8% above $20,000. There are two payment modes and you choose which one you use. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account and buyers pay you directly at checkout — there is no payout run to wait for. Alternatively, choose platform-protected payments: Zinn Hub holds the buyer payment until the order completes, and you are then paid from the platform payout run, which goes out every Friday. Everything is tracked in your Payouts dashboard.

Page count alone is a poor unit — a five-page site with a CMS, three breakpoints and custom interactions is not the same job as five static pages. Price by what is actually being built: number of unique layouts, CMS collections, interaction complexity, and how many revision rounds are included. For anything genuinely bespoke, let the buyer post a Project and send a free proposal, so the scope is agreed in writing before a price is fixed.

They convert quickly, they build a review history, and small fixes regularly turn into full builds. Every Zinner is verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work, so buyers know who they are hiring.

Buyers can pay with cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or 200+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT, and they pay no platform fee. Every price is set and charged in USD, with an approximate equivalent shown in 59 display currencies. Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD — there is no refund-to-card flow.
