All sales are final. When you purchase a listing, you are paying for my time and expertise — and that time is consumed during the creation of your deliverables. I include revision rounds in every package to address feedback and ensure you receive a quality result. If issues arise, I will do my best to remedy them within the original scope. If a remedy requires work beyond the original scope, additional fees may apply. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Reasonable changes in direction are part of the creative process and I’ll do my best to accommodate them. However, significant changes to scope or direction mid-project may affect the timeline and could require a revised quote. The best way to avoid this is to provide as much detail as possible in your requirements before we start.
Message me before purchasing and I’ll let you know if express delivery is available for your project. Express delivery (reduces delivery by 2 days) is also available as an add-on on most listings.
Your revision rounds are there for exactly this reason. Tell me specifically what isn’t working and I’ll address it. I don’t consider a project done until you have something you can use — within the agreed scope and revision rounds.
