Understanding "Order Completion"
Your earnings are released when an order is marked
Completed. This happens when:
- You deliver the work
- Buyer accepts the delivery
OR
- You deliver the work
- Auto-complete triggers after buyer doesn't respond
Commissions Deducted
- Zinn Hub commission (based on your tier/membership)
- Any applicable payment processing fees

- Sale: $100
- Your commission tier: 15%

Viewing Your Earnings
In your Zinner Dashboard:
- Due/Pending— Earnings from orders not yet completed
- Available— Earnings ready for payout
- Paid— Earnings already paid out
Payment Holds
There are generally no hold periods on Zinn Hub! Unlike some platforms that hold funds for weeks, we process payouts quickly after order completion.
