Suspensions can happen for a few reasons: a Google-side false positive, an unpaid balance linked to a payment method on another account, or a policy flag. In all cases, assistance is provided to follow up with the relevant platform's support team via chat, phone or email to pursue reinstatement, which typically takes a few days to a couple of weeks.

Once a campaign has been built, the order cannot be cancelled — the setup represents significant time and skilled effort. This also applies in the event of an account suspension. If a suspension occurs, work can continue on a new account, but the completed order remains non-cancellable.
