I have a professional studio in my home. I record in a dedicated acoustically treated studio. I have the choice of three different microphones to match the style and mood of your script. I also use an audio interface, computer on which I use Logic Pro to record your script.
Social media rights are used for non profit online usage, for example personal greetings and messages. Commercial usage are as the above plus for the purpose of paid online advertising of merchandise, services, events, etc. Full broadcast rights include all the above plus TV and radio usage.
