Usually, only the number of pages matters. In rare cases of complex scores, my work may cost more. Creating individual parts is not included in the price. It's time-consuming work, which my customers do not always need. All my prices always depend on the time I need to spend on the project.
I can do Dorico projects, but I'm still learning it. So it will just take longer since it's still new to me. I can make a Musescore file, but I don't work on anything complex on Musescore since its limited capabilities don't allow the creation of the proper page layout for complex projects.
An Individual part is a separate part of a single instrument extracted from a score. Creating individual parts is an additional service that is not included in the price.
All MIDI files are unique, so the price is also unique for each case. The most difficult case is a piano that ignores the tempo grid. The price listed in my 3rd package is the most expensive kind of work ($50 for three minutes). The simpler your MIDI file, the cheaper the work.
Of course. In rare cases, people order only transposed individual parts with a score in concert pitch. This option is also available.
No. I can create individual parts in the same project file as the score. The PDF file I provide can also contain the score and the individual parts, or I can split them into many PDFs or create one PDF with the score and one PDF with all separated parts.

I requested that a .PDF of a guitar piece be copied out and formatted as a .SIB file. This was done super quickly, with mistakes flagged and edited as they were spotted (I've worked as a proof reader and editor myself - and he was spotting mistakes I'd made, excellent!). In the edition that was created, issues with the retuned guitar and its TAB automation were fixed, attention to velocity was noted too. Very impressive - the spotting of mistakes was really, really helpful. Very quick work, very high quality, and an extremely good price - I will be sending more work his way.
