Crom Services connects your Facebook lead form straight to the sheet you already use, with a CRM connection quoted separately, so every lead lands once and you hear about it straight away. Delivery is 3 days. The clock starts once we have the access we need.

What you get:

• One Facebook lead form connected to one sheet you already use (CRM connection quoted separately)
• Each lead arrives once. A lead sent twice is stopped, not copied again.
• If your sheet is briefly down, the lead is sent again and still arrives
• An alert to you for every new lead, with the name, phone number and what they want
• Phone numbers tidied into one format, however the customer typed them
• Anything that isn't really from Facebook is turned away, and nothing is written
• A test run with sample leads, and a plain before-and-after report
• A short handover note

What we need from you:

• Admin rights on your Facebook Page and lead form, granted to us. We never ask for your password.
• The sheet you want leads in, shared with us
• Where you want your alerts to go, and which fields matter to you

What the sample shows:
Our sample is for Sam's Cafe catering enquiries. Before, three new leads gave only two rows in the sheet: one lead was copied twice, one was missing, and the owner got no alerts. After the switch, all three arrived once, the owner was alerted for each one, the duplicate was stopped, a lead that hit a brief outage was sent again and arrived, and a fake request was turned away.
