Why Your Emails Land in Spam

Mailbox providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to verify that emails are genuinely from your domain and have not been forged or tampered with. If these records are missing, incomplete, or misconfigured, your emails are far more likely to be flagged as spam — even if your content is perfectly legitimate.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) tells receiving servers which mail servers are authorised to send email on behalf of your domain. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) adds a cryptographic signature to your emails, proving they have not been altered in transit. DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) ties SPF and DKIM together and tells receiving servers what to do when authentication fails.
