No — I handle the technical build and setup. You just need to be able to provide access to your systems (or have someone on your team do it) and describe what you want the automation to accomplish. I explain everything in plain language, not just code.

I work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other SQL databases, as well as NoSQL options like MongoDB. For SaaS tools and CRMs, I integrate via their REST APIs and n8n's native nodes, including tools like Airtable,odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, and email/SMTP providers. For ERPs, I connect either through their official APIs or directly at the database level, depending on what your system exposes. If your ERP or tool isn't listed here, message me before ordering with its name and any API documentation, and I'll confirm whether it's a good fit.

I can work with several access formats: SSH access to a Linux server or VPS, a cloud provider panel (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.) with limited permissions, VPN access if your systems sit behind one, or a collaborator invite to your n8n instance. Supported environments include self-hosted n8n (Docker or npm install), n8n Cloud, Linux VPS, and cloud instances. I strongly recommend giving me a staging/test environment first and using limited-permission credentials rather than root or admin access. I'll never need your personal passwords, and you can revoke access as soon as the work is confirmed.

I build agents using OpenAI (GPT models) and Anthropic (Claude) via their APIs, and can also work with open-source or local models (e.g., via Ollama) if you need data to stay on your own infrastructure. Agents are built inside n8n's AI agent nodes and/or with Python, depending on your needs, including tool calling, database/API lookups, and guardrails on what the agent can access or change. You provide your own API key so the usage costs stay under your account. If you have a preferred provider or framework, mention it when ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.

Yes — 14 days of free bug-fix support for anything I delivered that doesn't work as described. This doesn't cover new features outside the original scope, or issues caused by changes on your side after delivery. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate subscription if you want it.
