I’m Temy Topsy, a growth-focused builder working at the intersection of Web3, community, and product development on different platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X etc. Over time, I’ve taken on leadership roles such as founding OOU Web3 from 0 to 1000+ active members and contributing to OOU Future Tech as a partnership and community lead which I grow the community from 0 to 2100+ active members, where I’ve been deeply involved in building, managing, and scaling communities from the ground up. My work goes beyond participation, I focus on creating structure, driving engagement, and turning early-stage ideas into ecosystems that people genuinely want to be part of and actively contribute to.
