I’m Temy Topsy, a growth-focused builder working at the intersection of Web3, community, and product development.

Over time, I’ve taken on leadership roles such as founding and leading the first web3 and blockchain community in my campus — OOU Web3 and contributing to OOU Future Tech, where I’ve been deeply involved in building, managing, and scaling communities from the ground up. My work goes beyond participation, I focus on creating structure, driving engagement, and turning early-stage ideas into ecosystems that people genuinely want to be part of.
