I really enjoyed working with Neil. I gave him several examples of websites I liked, and during our Zoom call he said that he could design a better website than those examples. I was really impressed by his confidence, and he delivered. He is very professional. He meets with you in a Zoom call to go over exactly what you want and what is expected. He also Zoom calls you when the product is delivered. I have never had a creator do that in all the products I've purchased on this website.

Neil delivered a good website (a redesign of the old site) and worked hard to recover lost data after the migration. I'm unable to give a 5-star rating for the following reasons: When I initially booked, Neil said the website would take around a week – it actually took around three weeks, which would have been fine if my expectations had been managed and I'd been told three weeks from the start. I had to keep asking for updates and was told "update soon". When the website was delivered, the attention to detail was lacking: the email address displayed on the site belonged to another company, there was a section on the website completely unrelated to my sector, and the pricing was listed in $ instead of £. Many product prices were incorrect. Parts of my original website were completely omitted (terms and conditions, policies, FAQs, etc.). This was corrected when I asked for revisions. The reason I chose a higher-priced 5-star Pro was to avoid having to deal with all the messy bits, which I ended up having to do – I'm not competent with web design. The most concerning part was being directed to leave a 5-star review on two separate occasions whilst on a Zoom screen share. Neil reiterated that it was very important that he received an exceptional review. In conclusion, the website is good and functional, and I'm pleased with the delivery.
