As a lecturer, I am highly experienced in my own field – but when it comes to web design, IT, or social media, I must admit I know very little. This surely made the process more challenging for both sides and probably cost us some extra time. Imagine a client who has a clear idea in mind, yet lacks the technical vocabulary to explain it properly. And now imagine being the expert who has to interpret and implement these ideas. Not an easy task. But Neil managed it brilliantly – with remarkable patience, understanding, and professionalism.
