Expert Needed: Complete Private Male AI Character Training System – SFW, NSFW, LoRA, ComfyUI & Video

Objective

I am seeking a highly experienced AI developer to build a complete, private, photorealistic male AI character generation system.

I already have 15–20 AI-generated reference images of a fictional adult male character.

I want this exact character professionally trained from scratch, with maximum facial and physical consistency, and integrated into a complete image and video generation workflow.

The project must support BOTH SFW and adult NSFW generation for MALE characters.

I am not looking for a female-focused workflow, a simple face-swap solution, preset characters, or a few finished images.

I need a reusable system that I own and operate independently.

A. Custom Male Character Training

The developer must:

- Train a dedicated male identity LoRA or equivalent custom model from my reference images.
- Prepare and optimize the dataset.
- Maintain accurate facial structure, skin tone, and body proportions.
- Preserve the original appearance without unintended changes.
- Support natural male anatomy and realistic full-body proportions.
- Minimize identity drift in complex poses and distant camera shots.
- Use a suitable photorealistic checkpoint and explain the technical choices.

The character has a naturally broad body, medium olive skin, and moderate muscle definition. He should not be transformed into an excessively muscular fitness model.

Training must be based on my existing character, not a newly generated substitute.

B. SFW Image Generation

The trained character must work in normal, non-explicit scenes, including portraits, lifestyle photography, business environments, casual poses, outdoor environments, and full-body compositions.

High-resolution generation, consistent facial identity, realistic lighting, and natural skin texture are mandatory.

C. NSFW Male Image Generation

The system must also support consenting, fictional adult male NSFW content.

Specific requirements:

- Full-body male generation, including adult nudity.
- Photorealistic male anatomy.
- Anatomically plausible intimate details.
- Natural skin texture, realistic proportions, and consistent appearance.
- Different body positions and camera angles.
- Realistic overall anatomy without obvious distortions.
- Strong facial and body consistency during adult-content generation.

My initial reference images are non-explicit AI-generated images.

The freelancer must explain how the NSFW generation capability will work with the trained identity model, including whether additional specialized models, adapters, or workflow components are necessary.

Do not assume I already have an NSFW-trained LoRA or an explicit-image dataset.

Only lawful, appropriately licensed synthetic adult training resources may be used where needed.

Please do not promise anatomically identical details that cannot be learned from the provided reference images. Explain the actual technical limitations.

D. Video Generation – SFW and NSFW

The system must support generating realistic videos using the same male identity.

Requirements:

- Image-to-video generation.
- Male character consistency throughout each video.
- Natural facial expressions and body movement.
- Stable facial identity during camera and pose changes.
- Realistic anatomy and motion.
- NSFW adult video generation where supported by the chosen models.
- Minimal visual artifacts, flickering, and anatomical distortion.

The developer must identify the exact video models to be used and demonstrate what they can realistically achieve.

Video identity consistency is a core requirement, not an optional feature.

E. Complete ComfyUI and RunPod Integration

I already have a working RunPod and ComfyUI setup.

The freelancer must deliver a complete, functional workflow inside my environment, including:

1. Custom male character training.
2. SFW image generation.
3. NSFW image generation.
4. SFW image-to-video generation.
5. NSFW image-to-video generation.
6. High-resolution output and image enhancement.
7. Face and body consistency tools.
8. Working example prompts and adjustable generation settings.

If separate workflows are technically necessary, they must be fully integrated, documented, and easy to use.

The developer must not rely on inaccessible proprietary files, temporary demonstrations, or a third-party subscription without my explicit approval.

F. Quality Standards

The main priority is maximum photorealism and strong identity preservation.

The results should look like realistic photographs and videos rather than artificial or stylized CGI.

The developer must minimize:

- Changes in facial identity between generations.
- Different-looking faces in distant full-body shots.
- Unnatural body width or muscle definition.
- Inconsistent skin tone.
- Deformed hands, feet, or anatomical features.
- Artificial-looking skin textures.
- Visible AI artifacts in images and videos.

I understand that perfect 100% identity consistency cannot be guaranteed. I expect the developer to explain realistic accuracy limits and demonstrate the achieved quality.

G. Test Samples and Approval

Before final approval, I require:

- Five photorealistic facial close-ups.
- Five SFW full-body images in different poses.
- Five adult-content evaluation samples where legally and contractually permitted.
- Three short video demonstrations, including SFW and permitted NSFW functionality.
- A live demonstration of the working ComfyUI workflows.
- Confirmation that the model can generate new images from prompts without retraining each time.

Samples must be generated using my actual trained character.

A generic male demonstration model will not count as final acceptance.

If a requested feature is technically unsupported, the freelancer must identify it before the project begins.

H. Ownership, Confidentiality and Handover

All custom character assets must remain private.

I require:

- Trained LoRA/model files.
- Workflow JSON files.
- Training configuration and dataset preparation files.
- Required model and custom-node list.
- Installation instructions.
- Compatible model versions and dependencies.
- Commercial usage rights to the commissioned custom assets, subject to disclosed third-party licenses.
- No unauthorized reuse, publication, or resale of my character.

I must be able to operate the delivered system without the freelancer after handover.

I. Project Milestones

Milestone 1 – Technical plan: Review reference images, recommend models and training strategy, and confirm the complete feature scope.

Milestone 2 – Character training: Train the custom male model and demonstrate identity consistency.

Milestone 3 – Image workflows: Deliver and test SFW and NSFW image workflows.

Milestone 4 – Video workflows: Integrate supported video generation and demonstrate the same character in motion.

Milestone 5 – Final delivery: Install everything in my RunPod environment, provide files and documentation, conduct a live demonstration, and complete agreed revisions.
