A Guide for Buyers (Zinnectors)
Your Trust Matters to Us
At Zinn Hub, we understand that hiring a freelancer requires trust. You need to know that the person you are working with is who they say they are, that they have the skills they claim, and that your money is protected. That is why we have built a rigorous Quality Assurance programme that goes far beyond what most freelance marketplaces offer.
This article explains how our seller verification works, what the Verified badge means, and why you can buy with confidence on Zinn Hub.What Is Seller Verification?
Every seller (we call them Zinners) on Zinn Hub can be subject to a formal Quality Assurance review at any point during their time on the platform. This is not a simple tick-box exercise. It is a thorough, multi-step verification process that requires sellers to provide real evidence of their identity, qualifications, and professional capability.
While we do not publicly disclose the exact criteria, methods, or triggers we use to select sellers for review (doing so would allow bad actors to game the system), we can assure you that the process is comprehensive, evidence-based, and reviewed by both AI screening technology and our human compliance team. What Does the Verified Badge Mean?
When you see the Verified badge on a seller’s profile or Zinn listing, it means that seller has successfully completed our full Quality Assurance process. Specifically, they have:
- Provided verifiable proof of their identity through government-issued documentation
- Demonstrated their professional skills and qualifications with real evidence
- Submitted samples of their work for review
- Passed both automated AI screening and manual review by our team
- Met all requirements within the strict deadline set by our compliance team
Ongoing Quality Monitoring
Verification is not a one-time event. We continuously monitor seller activity and quality across the platform. Our systems track a range of signals including service quality, buyer feedback, order completion rates, and compliance with our platform policies. Sellers can be called for additional verification checks at any time, and the Verified badge can be revoked if standards are not maintained.
We also use AI-powered screening tools to analyse submitted evidence in real time, helping us identify potential issues faster and more accurately than manual review alone. What Happens During a Review?
When a seller is selected for Quality Assurance review, several protective measures are automatically put in place:
- Their payouts may be held until the review is complete, ensuring your payments are protected
- Their account may be restricted from creating new listings until all requirements are met
- They are given a clear deadline to provide all requested evidence
- If they fail to comply, their listings are removed from the marketplace and their account is locked
Ambassador Referral Accountability
Some sellers join Zinn Hub through our Ambassador Programme, where existing members refer new sellers to the platform. When a referred seller is placed under Quality Assurance review, the referring ambassador’s referral fee is automatically placed on hold. If the seller fails verification, the referral fee is permanently removed. This creates a strong incentive for ambassadors to only refer genuine, quality professionals.
