Locked out of your account? Here's how to get back in.
Resetting Your Password
Step 1 — Go to the login page. All logins now live on one page at
https://zinnhub.com/logins/. Open it and select your tab — Buyer (Zinnector), Seller (Zinner) or Ambassador.
Step 2 — Click "Forgot Password"on your login tab.
Step 3 — Enter your email.Use the email address associated with your account.
Step 4 — Check your email. You'll receive a password reset link. Check your:
- Inbox
- Spam / junk folder
- Promotions tab (Gmail)
Step 5 — Click the reset link.It takes you to Zinn Hub's own secure password reset page.
Step 6 — Create a new password.Enter your new password twice to confirm.
Step 7 — Log in.Head back to
https://zinnhub.com/logins/and sign in with your new password. If you have two-factor authentication switched on, you'll also be asked for the current code from your authenticator app.
Prefer Not to Reset? Use a Magic Link
If you'd rather skip passwords altogether, you can log in with a magic link:
- Go to https://zinnhub.com/logins/and pick your account tab
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Magic Link
- Check your inbox for an email from contact support
- Click the button in the email — you're logged straight in
Magic links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. (If you have two-factor authentication on, you'll still confirm with your authenticator code after clicking the link.)
Didn't Receive the Reset Email?
If the email doesn't arrive:
- Wait a few minutes— there's sometimes a short delay
- Check your spam/junk folder— reset emails often get filtered
- Try again— request another reset
- Check the email address— make sure you used the right one
- Contact us— if it's still not coming through
Account Recovery Without Email Access
If you no longer have access to your registered email:
- Contact our team via the Help Centreor by email
- Provide what you can to verify your identity:- Your username
- Your previous email (if known)
- Account details to confirm it's you
- Any order numbers you remember
- We'll verify your identity
- We'll help you update your email so you can get back in
If You Have Two-Factor Authentication On
Once you're back in, 2FA stays in force — every sign-in (by password or magic link) asks for a code from your authenticator app. If you can't reach your app, use one of your single-use backup codes. If you've lost both your app and your backup codes, contact us — for your security our team can only switch 2FA off for you (we can never see your codes) so you can sign in and set it up again.
Prevent Future Lockouts
- Use an email address you'll always have access to
- Keep your email address up to date in Account & Security
- Use a password manager
- If you use 2FA, store your backup codes somewhere safe
