Zinn Hub automatically generates invoices for every order placed on the platform. There is nothing you need to do to request one — they are created for you as part of the order process.

Downloading Your Invoices (Buyers)
If you have placed an order on Zinn Hub, your invoice will be available to download once your order status has been marked as Completed. Invoices are not available while an order is still being processed, as the final details of the transaction need to be confirmed before an accurate invoice can be issued.
To download an invoice, head to My Account
https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/buyer/orders/→ Orders, find the relevant order, and you will see the option to download your invoice from there. Each invoice includes a full breakdown of what was purchased, the amount paid, and the transaction reference — everything you need for your own bookkeeping or to submit to your accountant.
Payout Records & Financial Exports (Zinners)
UPDATE - These can now be found in the new dashboard under:
https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/earnings/along with various certificates including your merchant of record one, your verified seller certificate and your sales certificate.If you are a Zinner (seller) on the platform, you have full access to your financial records from inside your Zinner Dashboard. This includes your payout history, earnings breakdowns, and commission details.
You can export this data directly from the dashboard, giving you everything you need for your own accounting, tax returns, or financial reporting. Whether you need a summary of what you have earned over a specific period or a detailed breakdown of individual transactions, it is all available from within your dashboard at any time.
Summary
Zinn Hub provides both buyers and sellers with the financial documentation they need, all accessible from within your account. Buyers can download invoices from the Orders area once an order is complete, and Zinners can access and export their full payout and earnings history from the Zinner Dashboard. No need to contact support or request anything manually — it is all there and ready when you need it.
