Whether you are a Buyer (Zinnector), a Seller (Zinner) or an Ambassador, Zinn Hub now has one central place for everything — login, registration and instant magic link access. This guide walks you through all of it.
1. The Zinn Hub Login Page
All logins now go through one page:

https://zinnhub.com/logins/You no longer need separate login pages for each account type. Instead, the login page is split into three tabs — one for each role. Simply select the tab that matches how you use Zinn Hub.
The Three Login Tabs
Buyer (Zinnector)
For members who purchase services on Zinn Hub. After logging in you will be taken to your My Account dashboard where you can view orders, manage your profile and access your purchases.
Seller (Zinner)
For members who sell services on Zinn Hub. After logging in you will be taken to your Zinner Dashboard where you can manage your Zinns, view orders and track your earnings.
Ambassador
For members who have joined the Zinn Hub Ambassador programme. After logging in you will be taken to your Ambassador Dashboard where you can track referrals, view commissions and access your links.
*💡 Already have more than one role? No problem. Select whichever tab matches what you want to do right now. For example, if you are both a Buyer and a Zinner, use the Buyer tab to access your orders and the Zinner tab to manage your store.*
2. How to Register a New Account
New to Zinn Hub? Head to the registration page:

https://zinnhub.com/registration/Just like the login page, registration is split into three tabs. Choose the one that matches how you want to use Zinn Hub.
Buyer (Zinnector)Create a free buyer account to hire Zinners and manage your service orders. Registration is instant and you can start browsing and purchasing straight away.
Seller (Zinner)Apply to become a Zinner and start selling your services on Zinn Hub. Your application will be reviewed and once approved you will gain full access to your Zinner Dashboard and can create your first Zinn.
*💡 When you register as a Zinner, you are automatically enrolled in a free membership tier so you can start listing services right away.*
AmbassadorJoin the Zinn Hub Ambassador programme to earn commission by referring buyers and sellers to the platform. Fill in the registration form and once approved you will have access to your Ambassador Dashboard with your unique referral links and commission tracking.
3. Magic Login Links — One-Click Access
Magic login links are a quick and secure way to log in to your Zinn Hub account without needing to type your password. You simply enter your email address, request a link and then click the link in the email to be logged in instantly.
How to Request a Magic Login Link
- Go to the login page: zinnhub.com/logins/
- Select the tab for the account type you want to log in to — Buyer, Zinner or Ambassador.
- Scroll down to the magic link section within that tab.
- Enter your registered email address and click Send Magic Link.
- Check your inbox. You will receive an email from contact supportwithin a minute or two.
- Click the button in the email and you will be logged in automatically and taken directly to your dashboard.
Important Things to Know About Magic Links
- Magic links expire after 15 minutes. If yours has expired, simply request a new one.
- Each link can only be used once. Once clicked it becomes invalid.
- If your email address is not registered on Zinn Hub you will not receive a link. Check you are using the correct email or register for an account first.
- Magic links are sent from contact support— check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
What Happens if I Have More Than One Role?If you have multiple roles on Zinn Hub — for example you are both a Buyer and an Ambassador — the magic link email will contain a separate login button for each role. You can choose which dashboard to go to directly from the email.
*💡 Use the tab that matches the role you want to use. Requesting a magic link from the Buyer tab will only send a Buyer link. Requesting from a tab where you have no account will show a friendly error and direct you to register.*
4. Forgot Your Password?
Every login tab includes a Forgot Password link. Click it and you will be taken to the standard WordPress password reset flow. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Alternatively, if you just want to get in quickly without resetting your password, use a magic link instead — it does the same job without any password changes required.5. Already Logged In?If you visit the login page while already logged in, you will see a notice at the top of the page with links to your dashboards. You will not be asked to log in again.
