- Accept the First Order Free terms.The offer is tied to your account. If you haven't accepted the terms yet, your dashboard will show an "Action needed" prompt — accept it and your first-order offer is active.
- Place and pay for your first orderas normal, at the listed price.
- Your Zinner delivers the work and the order is completed.
- The full amount you paid is given back to youonce that first order is completed — so your first order ends up costing you nothing.
Who can claim it
- First Order Free is for new buyers only, on yourgenuine first order.
- You'll need a Zinn Hub account and to accept the First Order Free terms.
- It applies to your first order only— not to repeat orders.
- It's honoured on genuine, completed orders. Blocked, locked or otherwise ineligible accounts don't take part.
When do I get the amount back?
After your first order is
completed— once the work has been delivered and the order is marked complete — the full amount you paid is returned to you. There's nothing extra to claim: it follows the completion of that first order automatically.
Were you sent a link?
If a freelancer, an ambassador or a friend shared a Zinn Hub link with you, use that link when you visit. You can be referred to
any pageon Zinn Hub — a specific service, a freelancer's profile, or the homepage — and it keeps everything tracked correctly, so your referral and your first-order offer both apply.
