Custom Offers for Zinnectors (Buyers)

Need something custom? No problem — request a custom offer with ease.

What Are Custom Offers?

A Custom Offer is a personalised quote created specifically for you by a Zinner (freelancer) on Zinn Hub. Unlike standard Zinns — which are fixed-price listings available to everyone — a Custom Offer is tailored to your exact needs with a price, delivery timeframe, description, and scope agreed between you and the Zinner.

You might receive a Custom Offer after chatting with a Zinner about a project, after submitting a request through the marketplace, or even through a link shared on social media or messaging apps.Custom offers can be managed from here:

How You Might Receive a Custom Offer

There are three common ways:

1. After a conversation

You've been chatting with a Zinner about a project — via Zinn Hub messaging, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other platform. They create a Custom Offer and send it to you. You'll receive it as a branded email to your inbox and as a direct message in your Zinn Hub inbox. They may also send you a message with a checkout link on WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media.

2. After submitting a request

You found a Zinn on the marketplace and clicked the "Request Custom Offer" button. You described what you need and set your budget range. The Zinner reviewed your request and sent you a tailored offer in response — delivered by email and direct message.

3. Via a shared link (new buyers)

A Zinner you've been talking to on social media, email, or messaging sends you a direct checkout link — even if you don't have a Zinn Hub account yet. You click the link, register during checkout, pay, and your order begins. This is common when a Zinner is bringing in a new client from outside the platform.

Requesting a Custom OffersFinding the Request Button

Every Zinn (service listing) on Zinn Hub has a "Request Custom Offer" button on its page. Look for it near the service details.

Submitting a Request

Click the button and a popup appears. Fill in:

  • What do you need? — Describe the project or service you're looking for. Be as detailed as possible: what you want delivered, any specific requirements, your timeline, and anything else the Zinner should know.
  • Budget Range — Set your minimum and maximum budget. This helps the Zinner understand your price expectations and craft an appropriate offer.

What Happens Next

The Zinner reviews your request and responds in one of two ways:

  • They send you a Custom Offer — You'll receive a branded email with the full offer details and a checkout link, plus a direct message in your Zinn Hub inbox with the same information. They may also message you on other platforms.
  • They decline — If the project isn't a good fit, you'll receive a polite email explaining they're unable to take on the request, along with suggestions to try other Zinners on the marketplace. This is nothing personal — Zinners occasionally can't take on certain projects due to workload, expertise, or other factors.

Do I Need to Be Logged In?

Yes. You need to be logged into your Zinn Hub account to submit a request. If you're not logged in, you'll see a prompt to log in or register first. After logging in, you'll be taken back to the same Zinn page to complete your request.

If you don't have an account yet, registration is free and takes just a minute.

Receiving a Custom Offer

The Offer Email

When a Zinner sends you a Custom Offer, you receive a professional branded email containing:

  • The Zinner's name — So you know exactly who sent it
  • Offer title — A clear name for the service being offered
  • Description — A detailed explanation of what's included, the scope of work, deliverables, and any other relevant details
  • Price — The total cost, clearly displayed. If it's a subscription, you'll see the billing period and any trial or setup details
  • Expiry date — The deadline by which you need to accept. Custom Offers typically expire after 4 weeks
  • "Accept Offer & Checkout" button — One click takes you directly to the secure checkout

The Direct Message

You'll also receive a direct message in your Zinn Hub inbox with the same offer details and a checkout link. This means you'll see the offer even if the email lands in spam or you don't check your email regularly. Just log in to Zinn Hub and it's there.

Chat Messages on Other Platforms

The Zinner may also send you a message on WhatsApp, Telegram, social media DMs, or any other platform you communicate on — containing the offer details and a direct checkout link. You can click the link to go straight to checkout from any platform.

Accepting a Custom Offer

Accepting a Custom Offer is simple:

Step 1 — Review the Offer

Read through the email, direct message, or chat message carefully. Check the title, description, price, and expiry date. Make sure everything matches what you discussed with the Zinner.

If you have questions or want to negotiate, message the Zinner before accepting. They can edit the offer and resend it with updated terms — you'll receive a fresh email and message with the changes.

Step 2 — Click the Checkout Link

Click the "Accept Offer & Checkout" button in the email, or the checkout link in the direct message or chat message. This takes you directly to the Zinn Hub checkout page with the offer already loaded in your cart.

If you received a link but don't have a Zinn Hub account yet, don't worry — you can register during checkout. The process is quick and your order starts immediately after payment.

Step 3 — Complete Payment

Pay using any of Zinn Hub's secure payment methods:

  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards via Stripe
  • PayPal — Pay with your PayPal balance or linked accounts
  • Apple Pay — Quick checkout on Apple devices
  • Google Pay — Quick checkout on Android and Chrome
  • Pay Later — Flexible payment options
  • Cryptocurrency — Pay with supported cryptocurrencies

Step 4 — Submit Your Requirements

If the Zinner included requirement questions with the offer, you'll be asked to fill them in after payment. These are questions the Zinner needs answered before they can start work — things like project descriptions, files, preferences, or specifications.

Complete the requirements as thoroughly as possible. The more detail you provide, the better the Zinner can deliver exactly what you need, with fewer back-and-forth messages.

Step 5 — Your Order Begins

Once payment is confirmed and requirements are submitted, the Zinner is notified and begins work. The order appears in your Zinn Hub account under your order history, just like any other purchase on the platform.

What You See on the Order Page

After you accept a Custom Offer and the order is created, the order page shows everything you need in one place:

Order Requirements

Managing Your Custom Offers

All your Custom Offers and requests are available in one place inside your Zinn Hub account.

Log in and go to My Account. On your dashboard you'll see a "Your Custom Offers" section with two panels:

Offers Received

Your Requests

This means you never need to dig through your emails to find an offer. If a Zinner sent you something last week and you weren't ready to accept, just log into My Account and it's right there waiting for you — both in your Zinn Hub inbox and on the dashboard.

What Happens If I Don't Accept?

Custom Offers have an expiry date, typically 4 weeks from when they were sent. If you don't accept before the expiry date, the offer simply expires. There's no charge, no penalty, and no obligation.

If you change your mind after the offer expires, contact the Zinner and ask them to send a new one.F
