Update process

The first thing we do is take a backup and move it to a development environment (included in premium package). Once the updates have been made in the development environment, we verify the correct functioning of the site. Only after we're certain the site is working properly do we move it to the live domain.

Template change (not included)

It often happens that the template used is no longer compatible with the new version of Joomla. In this case you need to change the template. We can replace your template with a compatible one but it's a custom order and NOT INCLUDED in these packages.

I'll update your Joomla core from any 3.x to 3.10.x. without a third-party template and extensions.
