Once you place your order and complete the requirements questionnaire, we arrange a suitable time to connect to your Windows PC remotely. I carry out the full installation and configuration, test everything to confirm it is working correctly, and then walk you through the environment so you know how to use it. The Premium LAB tier also includes ongoing Discord support after handover.
Primarily, you will need to confirm your system specifications and grant remote access to your Windows PC at an agreed time. Please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements before ordering. For workflow-only tiers, simply describe what you want the workflow to achieve.
Every setup I deliver is thoroughly tested before handover to minimise the chance of issues. If a problem does arise that prevents a functional setup, I will work to resolve it. The Complete ComfyUI LAB tier includes ongoing error fixes and support.
If your setup was working correctly at handover and you need to restore it, replace your python_embedded files with the backup provided at delivery and everything should return to normal. It is always a good idea to back up your workflows before attempting any updates or changes.

The LoRA training add-ons allow you to have a custom LoRA model trained for your AI influencer or project. Available options are SDXL/Flux, WAN QWEN, and ZIMAGE — select the appropriate add-on when placing your order. Delivery is 2 days and no revision rounds are included, so please provide clear training assets and brief upfront.
