Yes, I can communicate over message and discuss in English, French or Chinese but for the actual reviewing/editing of the resume and technical content I only use English to ensure the most accurate description of all comments and details.
Yes, but I will need to convert it into a new template since it's nearly impossible to edit the content of a PDF directly. Sometimes additional work is needed but this is a case-by-case basis.
