Revisions needed for mistakes, mispronounced words, or editing errors are, of course, free of charge. One free revision is included with your purchase that covers up to 10% of the total word count of your script for rewrites. Revisions greater than 10% of total script are charged at regular rates.
Commercial Rights should be selected if you will be using the audio provided in public marketing channels like your website, blogs, or social network profiles where you are not paying to show the ad. Most often, this is YES.
You should select the Full Broadcast Rights option when the audio provided will be used in paid public marketing channels like TV, radio, or social networking ads. If you have to pay to show it somewhere, FULL BROADCAST RIGHTS are necessary. See: https://www.Zinn Hub.com/terms_of_service#ownership
If you have already created your content and need the voiceover to match up with the timing, then Timed Audio Sync is needed as an extra.
If you need the voiceover cut into multiple files, whether per line or parapraph, then you would need to include the Split Files extra for the number of files needed.
I will NOT record any erotic/NSFW, religious, hate speech, or racist content. If you are unsure about your content, send me a script before placing an order and I will let you know.
Generally, no, but it doesn't hurt to inquire. Some situations that can be negotiated are bulk orders or high volume orders.
If you found me on Zinn Hub, then no. Going off platform is against Zinn Hub Terms of Service and would result in both of use being banned.
Live direction costs extra and can be a bit weird to do without breaking Zinn Hub ToS. However, if the extra is purchased, we should be able to do live direction via Zoom/Skype/Teams/Phone Patch or, for those working with audio engineers, I can also work via Source Connect.
At this time, I do not, as there is not any demand currently and it requires licensing fees to obtain quality music tracks. However, it is certainly something I am considering if there is enough demand for it.

Clark's VO skill in narrating a very technical project has been excellent. All tech terms are pronounced perfectly, the delivery time was perfect. He keeps the tone of the narration consistent throughout and the final result is very good quality.
