No. Under no circumstances may my voice be used to train AI voice software. This represents an extreme conflict of interest for my business and is not something that I now authorize, or will ever license my voice to be used for. Doing so will result in litigation.
Revisions include a re-read or script change of up to 25% of the original script or 300 words, whichever is less. Revisions do not include full re-reads. Full re-reads are available at 50% of the cost of the original read. Revisions are honored for up to 30 days after delivery of original audio.
Due to my booking volume here on Zinn Hub as well as to guard against the rise in AI voice cloning, I am currently offering custom auditions only for select projects including National TV/Radio Broadcast as well as other projects exceeding a specific value threshold. Interested? Please inquire!
If you intend to run paid advertisements/media of any kind on any media platform you need to purchase Broadcast Rights. This includes ads for TV, Radio, Social Media, YouTube, Streaming services, OTT or similar. The licensing you need will vary based on the channels and scope of your ad run.
With this option I will perform your script to line up with specific points or visual transitions in your existing video. In order for me to do this you must provide a script with specific "start" and "stop" timestamps for each line or section you wish for me to sync.
Yes! I will not record ANY racist, vulgar, profane or otherwise NSFW content. I will also not record any political content, and prefer not to record content for vice products such as tobacco, alcohol or similar. If your project contains any of these please message me first to confirm.
As every script and read is custom to your project and unusable otherwise, refunds only available BEFORE delivery the first full read of your script. Once that read is delivered the project is non-refundable. I allow exceptions in case of personal emergency.
At this time I am only offering live sessions on a rare and case-by-case basis. Interested? Please inquire and I can let you know if I am able to offer such a session for your project and what it would cost to do so!
I do not offer to mix tracks from my own music library into broadcast projects due to the expense of broadcast licenses for music (often $100+ to purchase). I WILL mix a track that you bring into the project if you possess the correct license for broadcast use (see your music provider).

Neil went above and beyond with his voiceover as well as his communication. Very responsive and understanding of the material. The sound quality and his delivery was great - he also provided a few different options for style of delivery. Also super fast with recording and sending the file.
