Neil is a pro! He's great to work with because of his clear communication of timelines and next steps, as well as very quick turn-arounds for the work. This was my first attempt at self publishing and I made some rookie errors. He was patient with me and diligent to see it through. My only recommendation is for any other first timers, ask up front for a clear understanding of the process, i.e. how editing can affect formatting and how formatting could make you want to re-edit. That way revisions don't create any friction. Again, the rating is more reflective of my journey than it is Neil.
