I will always send both a clean version of the corrected document and a marked-up version using the Track Changes function, in the case of Microsoft Word files. If required as an additional, I will send the book in Kindle format.

To submit an offer I need the number of words that make up your manuscript, any particular requirement you might have (deadline, ebook, etc), or some particularities of your work that you want to share.
I manually (and meticulously) proofread every document I receive. Only as a final step, I use the Grammarly tool for an extra revision, it can occasionally catch an overlooked error. This is a big plus.
I do all the proofreading myself. However, when the workload is high I have a backup amazing team formed by my father and his wife. I have trained them for all these years in the way I work. In the end, I review all the documents as a final step in the process. And, 3 minds are better than one!
