Based on my own experience and that of my customers, I offer a combination of the best quality and price on Zinn Hub.
Many customers have come back to me after trying to find cheaper services that ended up being completed by a machine and/or by non-native speakers. Please understand that quality comes with a price, and my price is already competitive, so it is impossible for me to offer quality translations for less.
I work with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you have a PDF, I can convert it to .docx in order to keep the layout, but I cannot work directly on a PDF.
I do not translate images, unless it's just a few images in the middle of a larger document.

Unfortnately no, although I've been living and working in Australia, I am not a native speaker. As I spent most of my time in France. Speaking and understanding a language does not give the skills to translate it for business purposes.
The premium package is for non-English-speaking customers who are unsure of the quality of their document. If the English version is quite poor or simply not fluid, I'll need more time to make it fluid in French.
If you'd like to work on a large-scale project, we can define a number of words per day, depending on my availability. I can usually translate between 2000 and 4000 words per day. Please contact me before ordering more than 3000 words.
