**Reinstate your Texas LLC after involuntary forfeiture and renew your right to transact business in Texas.** Texas LLCs must file annual Texas Franchise Tax Reports to avoid forfeiture. In order to reinstate a Texas LLC, delinquent reports must be filed and any taxes and penalties paid, and an application for reinstatement filed with the secretary of state.
**PACKAGE INCLUDES:**
