For transparency and consistency, my preference is to work across all listings within an account. That said, the Single Listing package is available for owners who genuinely have just one property. For multi-listing accounts, I retain the right to review the account before accepting the order.

Absolutely. You are welcome to share your goals and preferences — for instance, whether you prioritise high occupancy, maximum nightly rate, or a balance of both — and I will factor these into the configuration within the capabilities of the platform.

Rather than relying solely on the basic metrics visible on PriceLabs' standard interface, I use a Market Data subscription to access deeper data sets: granular occupancy trends, forward demand pacing, and competitive rate positioning. This allows for a significantly more informed and precise configuration.

A comp set is the group of comparable properties your pricing is benchmarked against. PriceLabs uses a default set, which is often too broad or poorly matched to your actual competitive position. Delivery is within one business day for a single listing, three days for up to four listings, and five days for up to ten listings. Yes. Each package includes at least one round of revisions. If you would like an additional revision beyond what your package includes, this can be added on. Revisions cover adjustments to the settings based on your feedback — they do not extend the scope to additional listings beyond your package.
