Overall, Subhajit was understanding and delivered solid work. However, communication was challenging at times, as it appeared I was also communicating through an additional person. This created delays and long gaps in progress, which made it difficult to wait on certain tasks and required me to step in more than expected.

Overall, I’m happy with my Squarespace to Shopify migration. Communication was prompt and polite, and the project was (thankfully) completed before my Squarespace renewal. Delivery took longer than expected, and I handled much of the design (aesthetic) work myself, but I understand there were theme limitations. I appreciate the professionalism and the end result.
