Service Type: This is a recurring monthly service billed every 30 days. Each purchase covers one full month of support, with renewal available if you want continued management.

Community Capacity: Each package covers 1 community/project by default. If you manage multiple projects, extra communities can be added through custom offers.

Timezone Coverage: Work is primarily delivered in GMT+1 hours, with overlap support for US, Europe, and global audiences. Higher-tier packages include extended hours and faster response times.

Languages Moderated: English-first moderation with support for global communities. I can also handle basic multilingual interactions using translation workflows for international members.

Moderation Tools & Bot Usage: I provide both manual moderation and bot-assisted systems depending on your setup. I can work with MEE6, Carl-bot, and Combot for spam filtering, welcome messages, role automation, ticket systems, alerts, and analytics, while I personally handle member support, escalations, engagement, and conflict resolution.

Report Delivery Format: Weekly or monthly reports can be delivered in PDF, Google Docs, Notion, spreadsheets, or your preferred workspace format. Reports may include chat activity, member growth, engagement levels, moderation actions, sentiment summaries, and recommendations.

Handover / Offboarding: If you cancel or pause service, you will receive a final summary report covering moderation activity, engagement insights, pending issues, and recommendations. Available community data or logs I created can also be organized and shared for a smooth handover to your next moderator or internal team.
