Full Description
This is for shop owners on WordPress and WooCommerce whose store takes money, or should. Most store problems sit in the same places: checkout, payment gateways, shipping and tax rules, product variations, and the emails that go out after an order.
The Starter package covers one store problem, such as a checkout error, a payment method that stopped showing, a wrong shipping cost or a broken product page. Standard handles up to three, or sets up payments, shipping zones and taxes for a store that is not selling yet, and checks the full order flow with test orders. Advanced includes up to six changes and can add custom fields to products or checkout, adjust order emails, or add small custom behaviour, built as a child theme or a plugin of its own so updates keep it.
Payment gateways are connected through the provider's own WooCommerce plugin where one exists, and tested in its test or sandbox mode first. When everything passes, you connect your live account or enter your live keys yourself, so they never pass through me.
Before touching a live store, I take a backup or work on a staging copy, and I make sure orders already in progress are not affected. For 14 days after delivery, I fix anything that does not work as we agreed, free of charge.
Not included: Shopify, a full store design, or entering a whole product catalogue by hand.
All of it is reported in writing, without calls: the cause of each problem, the list of what changed, and the test orders I ran to prove it works.
Steps for completing your project
1. Access and a safety copy - You create an administrator account for me and share hosting access. Before any change, the store is backed up or copied to staging.
2. Reproduce the problem - I place test orders the way a customer would and see where the flow breaks: cart, checkout, payment, emails or stock.
3. Fix or set up - The fix or the missing setup goes in, with any custom code in a child theme or a small plugin, never in WooCommerce's own files.
4. Test orders - Every change is proven with a test order through the path it affects, in the gateway's test mode for payments.
5. Report - What was wrong, what changed, the test orders I ran, and anything I noticed that needs attention later.
