I include 1–3 revision rounds depending on your package. We lock the structure with wireframes first, so there are no surprises. I don’t mark delivery until you’re happy. If we’re truly not a fit, Zinn’s resolution center protects us both.
Yes. I’ve designed for SaaS, coaches, agencies, local services, and e-commerce. Good UI principles work across industries. The discovery call makes sure we nail your specific audience.
I build in my workspace first. I’ll only need access to transfer the site when it’s done. I’ll guide you through adding me as a guest — you keep full ownership.
You’ll need to provide your final text and images for each page. I’m a designer + developer, not a copywriter.
