I Will build one FAQ or support AI agent with hard stops and an escalate map

Crom Services builds scoped AI agents for small and mid-size teams. This pack is one FAQ or support AI agent on your tools — not an open-ended support hire.

You name the journey at the start (for example FAQ answers, simple intake, or a support handoff path). We agree what the agent should handle, where it must stop, and when a person takes over. Then we build on your tools and your keys. You keep the accounts and the bill. We do not run the live agent on Crom’s infrastructure forever.

Supported stacks: OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, n8n, Voiceflow, or custom Python on your APIs. We pick one primary stack for this order. This fee is not a rebuild across every platform at once.

What “your tools and keys” means in practice: you bring (or create) the runtime account and API access. For most orders that means an OpenAI API key, or an account on the platform we lock (n8n, Voiceflow, Assistants, or your Python host), plus access to the FAQ, docs, or ticket tool the agent should use. If those are not ready yet, we pause on the private page until they are — we do not guess our way through missing access.

What you get:

• One named FAQ or support journey, agreed in writing on the order
• Clear bounds so the agent does not invent answers or wander off-topic
• A simple handoff path for cases a human should take
• The prompt or flow pack on your chosen stack
• A short test checklist and runbook so your team can run it after delivery
• A private job-status page (secret URL for this order only) for scope, questions, updates, and handoff

How the work runs: after you order, we confirm the journey and access on your private page. We stay inside that agreed slice. If we can finish as scoped, we deliver the agent pack and runbook there. If we cannot — missing access, unclear journey, or a blocker we cannot clear — we write that down clearly and stop. No quiet scope creep.

Out of scope for this fee:

• Automating a whole multi-team ops desk in one go
• Forever hosting or runtime billed to Crom’s keys
• Ongoing on-call support inside this fixed price (ask later if you want a retainer)
• Open-ended changes after the journey is locked

Packages: Basic Agent, Standard Agent, and Deep Agent. Higher tiers add fuller testing, more runbook detail, and on Deep a second pass on your edge cases plus tighter handoff notes.

Each order gets its own secret page. There is no shared client portal.
