What You Receive

3 deliverables: technical read, page map & sequenced task list
You get a focused written audit — not a software export — covering structural issues hurting your commercial pages, a keep/merge/rewrite decision for existing URLs, and a prioritised action list that explains what to fix, why, and in what order.

Turnaround

Delivered in 2 days
A fast return makes this easy to fit into a planning sprint — you could have a sequenced action list in hand before your next team meeting.

What to Have Ready

Your site URL + your SEO goal
The seller asks for your website link and what you're hoping to accomplish — having a clear goal (more leads, better rankings for specific pages, fixing crawl issues) helps them tailor the audit to your actual business priorities rather than default severity scores.

Best Suited For

Sites wanting to know what to fix first, not what's wrong
This is offered as a quick job for new clients — ideal if you've seen audits before but were left with a long list and no clear starting point, or if you want to sample a human, business-first SEO read before committing to a larger engagement.

Full Description

Most SEO audits are a software export with a cover page. The crawler flags missing alt text, slow scripts, thin pages, and broken links, then ranks them by its own severity labels. Those labels do not know which URLs make you money, which queries sit next to a purchase, or which fixes change rankings versus which ones only change a score. You leave with a longer list and the same question: what do we do first?

A custom audit is a different job. I read the crawl against your offers, your margins, and the pages competitors actually rank with — not against a default severity score. Then I order the work so the early fixes make the later ones worth doing. That sequencing is the outcome gap. It is not a motivational claim.

Here is the mechanism. If Google is spending its crawl on parameter URLs, tag archives, and near-duplicate categories, new commercial pages often never get a fair look in the index. Publishing more articles on top of that does not compound. It adds more URLs competing for attention the site is already wasting. Clean what gets crawled and indexed first, point internal links at the pages that can sell, and the content you publish after that has a chance to be found. Reverse the order and you pay for pages that sit on a site Google is still struggling to parse.

The same filter applies to keywords. Search volume is not demand. A page can rank for a broad informational query and never touch a buying decision. I separate queries where someone is comparing, pricing, or looking for a provider from queries where someone is only reading. The content plan keeps the first group and uses the second only where it supports those pages. Fewer URLs, aimed at people who can become customers, beat a calendar built to “cover the topic.”

What you get is three things, not a dashboard reprint:
1. A technical read that names the few structural problems suppressing the pages that matter — crawl waste, index bloat, template issues hitting every commercial URL, weak internal links into those URLs — and drops the cosmetic flags that do not.
2. A page map: which existing URLs to keep, merge, or rewrite, and which gaps justify a new page because the query implies a purchase, not a definition.
3. A sequenced task list. Each item says what to change, why it is ahead of the others, and what it unlocks, so your team can execute without another meeting to reinterpret a 90-page export.

The better outcome is mechanical. Fixes that change how Google reaches and understands your commercial pages raise the return on every URL you already have and every URL you publish next. A templated audit cannot do that, because it never decides what “commercial” means for your business.

That decision is the work.
