Having now formatted around 20 recipe books, I'm fully aware how much extra time they require to complete to a high-quality standard. For example, a book with 50 recipes can take as long as six hours to finish, and so unfortunately the time has finally come that I must now place a surcharge.

Yes, I can add an index page for you, however, I must add that the initial index submitted with your Word file will almost certainly be out of sync after formatting. For this reason, the author should wait until after receiving their files before populating this section with the correct page numbers
