NO! Vector are too limited. Vector are good for simpler images, like logos with simple colors and designs. Unfortunately, complex images, like photos are impossible to work into a reasonable vector. Every image can become a vector, but not every image can become a GOOD vector.

I will always look to deliver as soon as possible. There is no advantage for me to accumulate work. BUT, it also depends on the image to get worked. Some images may take minutes, some may take weeks of work. Anyway, I'm always looking to work around 12h (if possible).
As a professional vector artist, I draw every single detail one by one using my vector software. We don't use any automated tools or functions. That's why my works are the highest quality :)

Sure, why not? But as I said, it all depends. I'm always looking to do better prices for constant work. I know I'm not the cheapest seller, but also my service. The reason I will always give unlimited revision, because I know I will do the best work possible.
